Mine?

Erick threw me harshly onto the bed, glaring at me. He slammed the door closed, leaving me alone.

"Perfect," I muttered.

I looked around and spotted the bedside table. My tongue poked out to the side as I scooted towards the wooden piece of furniture. I leaned backward, my fingers fiddling with the long handle. I smirked as it came open. I turned my body to look inside, nodding upon seeing a large pocket knife laying inside. I leaned back further, my fingers brushing against the steel, just out of reach. I breathed deeply as I leaned deeper, the small of my back flush against the wood of the drawer as my fingers wrapped around the cold metal. I sighed as I rose, flicking open the knife from behind my back. Twirling the knife so the blade was against the ropes, I began to saw. My tongue once again poked out of the side of my mouth as I sawed hard against the bonds. After a while, I felt the bonds fall, leaving my hands free. I smirked triumphantly as they fell. I stood, stretching since I wasn't able to the entire car ride here and since Erick threw me in front of that guy. I moaned in pleasure at the relief.

Suddenly, I felt a hard grip on my shoulder, whipping me around so I faced the same guy from earlier, except his face, was hard, and his eyes were drenched with lust. He shoved me back onto the bed, gripping my wrists harshly as he hovered over me, shoving them into the covers. His eyes swirled black as a growl escaped him.

"Mine." He growled.

"What?"

My thoughts were cut short as he rose towards my ear, nipping it lightly. I squeaked as my head lurched. Following suit was his breath on my neck as his nose drifted downwards, making me yelp and my body twitch. Sparks shot through my body like fireworks, exploding throughout me. I suddenly felt a small poke where my neck and shoulder met. I began to panic.

"Get off me!!" I yelled, drawing up my legs just enough to get underneath him, shoving upward against his chest.

He was shoved from me, his hands releasing my own as he fell to the ground with a thud. I shot up, hugging my chest. He scrambled to his feet, dark growls rolling from his throat. His eye was still black and was glaring enraged at me.

"You pervert what is wrong with you?!" I screamed.

"Mine." He rumbled, beginning to stalk towards the bed once more.

My heart stuck in my throat as I began to scoot away from him. I caught a glimpse of the knife laying on the bed. My hands lunged for it, gripping the cold metal and holding it in front of me.

"Don't you dare come any closer!" I said, cursing my body as it shook.

He froze, his eyes closing and his lungs filling with deep breaths. As his eyes reopened, they turned silver. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair nervously.

"Sorry about that." He mumbled.

" "Sorry"?!" My voice rose. "You harass me and all you say is sorry?!"

"I didn't mean to. I wasn't thinking."

"NO DIP SHERLOCK!" I rose the knife. "Stay away from me!"

He rose his hands and began to back away from the bed, sitting on a nearby stool. He placed his face in his hands, muttering under his breath.

"not the best first impressions..." He mumbled. "....didn't mean to scare my mate...."

"Mate?" I repeated, my heart slowing to near calm. "What do you mean by 'mate'?"

He froze and cleared his throat, shaking his head as he stood. He began making his way to the door.

"Nothing." He said shortly.

"Oh no, you don't!" I bolted from the bed, standing in front of him, blocking his path. "You harassed me! I deserve answers! And besides," I poked his chest. "The only ones who're gonna be leaving is me and Layla!"

He stared at me, blinking as if he's just now noticing that I was here. He suddenly shook his head. A deep chuckle echoed through my skin, making me slightly shiver.

"I've never seen anyone defy me like this, or speak their mind so boldly."

"What?"

He leaned into my face.

"Most just keep quiet, they listen to my orders, and they bow to me. Unlike you, who speaks your mind and in front of me no less."

I grit my teeth, placing my hand against his face, pushing him away.

"I will never bow to you." I hissed. "I don't care if you're the King of Dweebs, I will never bow to you," I smirked at the stunned look on his features. "So keep dreaming pretty boy,"  I said, turning towards the door.

As I was about to open the door, a hand slammed against the wood, trapping me. I turned to see him only inches from my body, his stormy grey eyes boring into my own. He growled.

"You may not bow to me princess," He growled as his head began to lower."But you are tied to me. Like it or not, you are tied to me, not by rope or chain." He grazed his lips against my neck. "But by fate and the moon goddess."

"You're delusional." I gasped, gritting my teeth as his lips brushed my earlobe. Sparks were everywhere, causing my knees to go weak.

"Think about what you want." He whispered. "But one thing is definitely certain."

"And what is that?"

I felt him smirk against my skin.

"You and your friend are going to be staying here for a long, long time."
