"Marco," Ferrari interrupted, "I think there might be something wrong with your memory."
"Oh, come on," he shrugged, "Maybe a bit of artistic license, but it's more exciting if you–"
"It's not supposed to be exciting. We're telling old stories to see if it helps Destinee to remember anything. There's no point if you're not going to tell the truth."
"Okay, I might have embellished some details, but nothing like as bad as Cheese. I told the story as it happened. Maybe I didn't get every move right, but you were fighting those guys, it's right in the ways that matter."

"I was sure you had a sword, I remember you swinging at the first guy, I'm sure. And one kendo master against two guys with guns, maybe I can believe that. But two soldiers against an unarmed girl, even you, that's kind of killing suspension of disbelief. How did you manage to –"
"It looks like this story's going to be some weird kind of action movie thing, unless I tell it myself," Ferrari raised an eyebrow at Marco, "So how about I tell the bits while we're together?"
