LENA leant against the door, eyes trained on the busy streets of New Orleans below. She glanced over at the clock on the mantelpiece. Oliver and Jackson had been gone for hours to get the black kyanite stones, they should have been back by now, which Hayley had nervously pointed out to Elijah, who was now trying to contact his brother.

"It appears our wolves--" Lena glanced over at Elijah. She guessed that Klaus had finally picked up his phone. "--have gone astray, brother."

"They should've been back hours ago," Hayley reminded the Original. She looked more and more pregnant each day. Lena was glad that the werewolf was living with them again, it was nice to be living with a girl. Sometimes the guys just didn't get it. When Elijah glanced over at Lena, she mouthed to him that he needed to put it on speaker, and so he did so, just for her to be able to listen in.

"We need to find them!"

"Well, that might be a bit tricky. You see, we've located their car on a back road in the middle of nowhere. I suspect they've been Shanghaied," Lena heard Klaus say through the phone and shared a confused look with Hayley. Klaus knew that Jackson and Oliver had been taken and hadn't said anything to them before now. Hayley had almost worn a hole in the carpet through her pacing.

"And you didn't feel the need to share this information?" Elijah bit through the phone.

"It was my intention to present you with the problem only after I'd found an appropriate solution," explained Klaus. Lena could almost hear his smirk through the phone and rolled her eyes.

"Well, do enlighten us."

"I'm closing in on it as we speak, the only person who would be bold enough to snatch my wolf allies is the one who has most to lose."

"Marcel," stated Elijah.

"No, he'll kill them," Hayley let out a gasp. Lena pushed herself off of the wall to stand beside Hayley, taking her hand and squeezing it tight to offer support. It was true, Marcel would kill the two wolves, he hated them that much.

"Genevieve assures me that Marcel has procured a cloaking spell. The only witch who will aid Marcel is Davina. I just need to get one last bit of leverage before I pay her a visit--"

"No," Lena was quick to argue back. "No, Klaus, do not dare hurt her."

"Lena--"

"She is my friend. If you hurt her--"
