He Kept Me Sane

part 12:Em's pov

        Lex looked way different. She legit transformed before our eyes. I held Andy's hand as Lex just sat there processing everything. Gerard looked like he was happy,but also confused. Being a demon, you get used to things like this, but you still get a lil confused.
           Lex apologized and cried as we all hugged her and told her it was ok. We discovered she can change forms. We have only discovered three forms though. She flew and we all ran home as we thought of what we should do.

            "Who is that dude across the room?"Lex whispered to me. "I think his name is Gerard." I whispered back. "I will be right back." She said as she strutted over to the handsome figure.
              "Hello! I'm Lex Armstrong. What is your name?" She said confidently. He smirked and said,"Gerard Way. You know you are a pretty sight, sweetie." Lex blushed as she said,"You are quite a nice sight as well." They laughed and talked about anything from comics to bands. They talked for an hour when she pulled out her phone and gave it to him. I watched as he typed in something. She then typed something into his phone as well.
          They smiled and said goodbye as she walked back over to me. The music was loud at the party we were at so I couldn't really hear everything. She smiled as she showed me his number on her screen. She had seemed to develop feelings for this Gerard guy. I was shocked when she said they were just friends. They hit it off so well!

          We were finally home when we pulled out everything we needed. We made a sign on the floor and candles and the special book we always used for this process. We lit the candles, sat in a circle, and began chanting. Then the devil appeared on the sign engraved in the floor. "Ah my favorite demons! How are you guys?" He said. "Well I would love to know why I look like this." Lex said. He laughed and said,"Hahaha your first evolution! It takes a while but every demon goes through a transformation to make them stronger and more invincible. Before your transformation however, you go through a phase with no powers, you will look the same but will basically be a human for at least one hour before transforming."
