"Jonathan Morris," I looked up from taking notes on my screen and I see my professor standing next to a scientist.
"They would like to see you. I will email you with an attachment of the assignment. If you need any notes I bet you can have one of your friends send you them," Tim says while I pack up all my things in my bag before I leave.
"Follow us please," the scientist says and I walk with the two scientists for a little while.
We enter an office that I'm assuming a professor is letting them use for this. It's been two weeks and this is the same office I had to sit in two weeks ago for the first round on questions. I sit down and everything is silent is for a moment. One scientist is sitting behind the desk and the other is sitting on the edge of the desk. I sit there waiting for them to start asking me questions or something. I look between the two and that's when I notice that the scientist behind the desk has a screen with what looks like notes on the table before him.
"Mr. Morris you stated before hand that you have orange sight, correct." the scientist sitting on the desk stated.
"Yes sir, I do have orange sight," I say not missing a beat.
"So we are going to have you look at some pictures and you tell us if you can see any orange and where you can see it," the scientist behind the desk says.
"Alright," I say
They start with simple cards that have like fruit and stuff on it. I point out some oranges and then it's nature photos so I have to point out little flowers, or a sunset, and certain animals that have some orange fur or something. Then they pull up the picture I sent in for my project. It was the one of Madison.
"Is there any orange in this picture?" The one sitting on the desk asks.
"Yeah, her winter coat is like a soft orange," I say with my eyes transfixed on Madison
"Is there anything else that is orange in this picture?" the scientist asked from behind the desk.
"No just her coat," I say just has I look again I see a glimpse of something behind her.
I look again before they take the picture away but it was gone before I could see it again. We continue with this process for almost a half an hour before they finally stop. I sit here while they talk in quiet whispers while the one behind the desk is taking some notes. They turn to me and the one behind the desks speaks first.
"Thank you for cooperating with us," he says
"And that is all we need from you. Have a nice day Mr. Morris," the second says.
"Have a nice day gentlemen," I say standing up and grabbing my bag before I leave the office.
I leave the building and quickly pull out my pad to message the others. I ask them where they are all at. Madison messages back saying Chris has been suspicious so she isn't with any other the others. Travis messages back saying that they are all down in the student union. I tell them that I am on my way and will see them soon.
I make my way to the commons building and race downstairs. I can hear them all laughing and joking before I enter the lounge area. They look up and wave at me.
"Hey, so how did the questioning go with the scientists?" Travis asks
"It was weird," I say and sit down on one of the chairs.
"What happened?" Sally asks
"Well first they made me confirm that I have orange sight. Then they made me look at pictures and tell them if they had orange in them and where the orange was. Guys this went on for like forty-five damn minutes. Do you want to know what one of the damn pictures what?" I say
