chapter 5

Lucy pov.
Later that day i was with juvia as we were getting ready for the ball. Juvia had on a navy blue dress that hugged her curves he hair was straitened and fell perfectly past her shoulders. She had on grey glittery heels. Her ears had the most beautiful pearls. She wore a tiara that I gave her. Me i wore a simple skin tight purple dress that hugged my skin and showed my slim arms. It was a see through lace in my belly button area
I had on purple flats seeing as i could not walk in heels. I had on large hoop earrings amd light make up just like juvia. We heard a knock at the door. That must be gajeel to escort us. Juvia scampered over to the door unlocking it to show gajeel dressed in a black tuxedo with a matching set of shoes. He looked at me and juvia before nodding in approval.
"nice hair do blonde the curls really suit you. Has your hair always been that long" he asked as i shook my head.
"cancer just cut it if i laid it flat it reaches my bottom" i said as he nodded.
"well come on we are already late" gajeel pointed out as i grabbed my wallet placing it in my bra. I hooked arms with gajeel on his ledt as juvia took his right. All three of us walked down to the palace. We made a grand entrance as gajeel punched the doors down. Everyone got quiet as gajeel released us and stormed thru.
"their here" he shouted as we walked in to see everyone staring at us. Erza and kagura looked to be having a drink. Milliana chasing happy. I looked at juvia to see her looking off into a corner with grey and lyon. I stepped over to her.
"is it luvia ir gruvia" i asked as she turned around fast her face showing her shock.
"what do you mean are you questioning juvia's love" juvia asked me as i tilted my head.
"no im just changing the short answer into multiple choice" i said smirking as i walked away. I could tell she was confused. Before she had time to ask me asuka and chloe ran up to me both dressed in fluffy princess gowns.
"look look lulu mira helped me into the dress" chloe said as i smiled. I spent her around
"you look good" i spoke as she giggled.
"can we have a piece of cake" she suddenly asked as asuka sent a longing look at the cake.
"go ask your mom" i said as she and chloe nodded running that way. I walked over to the food table to grab some punch. Thsy had wine glasses so i filled the punch up in their. When i turned and started to walk away i saw the girl yukino from before rushing towards me.
"open gate of the charmer libra" ahe chanted as libra appeared ahe pushed the gravity around me down. I fell to the ground on impact as the glass shattered. Yukino looked over at me with a settled glare.
"now i have some questions that your gonna answer." she saod as every one stopped their chatter looking on fairytail looking mad. I signed as i quietly summoned virgo. She trapped libra in spell binding handcuffs lifting the spell. I stood up looking at yukino who looked shock.
"i domt like being told what to do but because you are a celestial spirit mage and treat them with kindness i will talk but next time you even think about doing that..." I looked into her eyes delaying the warning message as she nodded.
"ok a normal mage has trouble getting even three zodiacs yet you have 10 how" she asked as i laughed.
"my mom died when i was seven leaving her keys in my care three gold two silver then as time progressed i got more." I said she looked at me.
"that does not answer my question how did you get Ten gold keys."  she said.
"i defeated your sister. Her keys were given to me, I got another of my moms keys capricorn... I got sagitarrius, virgo, i saved loke's life does that answer your question" I said getting a little peed off.
"ok next question very few mages lnow how to form pure magic but you did it How" she assumed.
"i didnt form pure magic" i said as she rolled her eyes.
"yes you did everyone saw it" she said as i shook my head.
"no my magic is still celestial i use the power of the stars access energy to make spells" i explained before she could ask another question juvia rushed over looking really pale.
"lucy this is an emergency" she said dragging me off not worried about yukino. I saw laxus looking at me with a smirk. I had to run with juvia or i would get dragged she led me outside the castle to the garden.
We sat on a bench as she blushed.
"please explain all this luvia gruvia stuff. What do you mean by changing a short answer into a multiple choice" juvia asked as i laughed.
"luvia sounds a lot like love... Cuz i luv ya" i said as she glared at me
"you said turn a short answer into a multiple choice. What did you mean." she inquired.
"well you said when you first fell in love with grey it was because your heart was thumping rapidly. And when you were younger you had anxiety attacks which could lead to you having a rapid heartbeat. But with lyon you said it was like you could not stop your mind from wondering. Grey has shown repeatedly that he holds no interest in you while lyon is clearly head over heels for you im simply stating dont waist you time trying to assume an answer when you have choices one is garenteed to be the right answer." i said as she nodded. I left her to her thoughts knowing who she would pick. Wondering back in i noticed everyone dancing. Asuka and chloe just danced. Lyon and grey seemed to be talking well arguing.
"why let a girl love you when your clearly not interested" lyon said as grey chuckled.
"i love her as a sister not as a one and only i have tried to tell her" grey said as i widened my eyes at the news. I choose to let them talk it out. I was walking over to mira and the other girls when juvia walked in looking stuck. She grabbed a whiskey bottle already opening it. She also got a strawberry milkshake. Walking over to me she sat on my lap in the chair handing me the milkshake. She drank the whiskey needing nothing to chase it. Erza looked at her in shock.
"juvia do you need to talk" mira asked smiling as juvia shook her head.
"juvia is fine just in a mood" she explained as i nodded drinking some of the milkshake. We sat and talked to our friends. We ate and stayed away from others that is until natsu came over looking at lisanna a blush evident on his face.
"do you want to dance" he asked her as she also blushed. I looked at mira before we both nodded cheering as the others nodded mostly drunk. Lisanna shot me a look before walking to the dance floor with natsu. A few seconds Later gajeel came as levy practically squealed following him to the dance floor. Before I knew it lyon walked over holding a hand towards juvia. I looked to see grey already dancing with... Ultear. Well I did not see that coming. Juvia i guess also saw but she accepted lyon's outstretched hand. They walked off leaving me all alone to watch them dance.
"blondie wanna dance" laxus asked as i looked at him in shock.
"do you even know how to do tha bachata?" i asked as he shrugged.
"most of them dont but im sure you could teach me" he said as i laughed deciding to go. We walked to the middle just dancing. Then slow song played as laxus smirked.
"now i know how to dance" he said grabbing my hips as i placed my hands on his shoulder. For every step he took forward i took back and reverse.
"princess got moves" laxus joked as i shrugged.
"I know a little sumptin' "was my casual response as he chuckled spinning me around. We danced along through out the night until we were the only ones on the dance floor not that they noticed. Guild members placed bets on when the two would get together be it tommorow or 6 months from now.
Hey guys thats the ende of this chapter I know most are probably calling it short but oh well any who i didnt do the whole dragon incident but it will happen just in my own way. I have to go i have HOSA comp first thing in the morning bye!!!!!!
