Hey guys I thought i should do some serious explaining. The mission the girls took was a decoy mission that a member of the pheonix guild came up with using jason the reporter as a walking doll if you get what I mean Then planning fove steps ahead the knew that some of the steongest in the guild would either be on missions or getting payback for the photos. During this time chloe's father sent his best members to capture her luring lucy to them. Also remember how lizzy was stating when celestial wizards have heart attacks they go into a coma where the ancestor they never truely let go gives them a reason to live well that is what happened during layla and judes encounter with lucy.
Lucy May seem powerful in this but she is a little weaker than erza

Ok on to the story
Lucy pov
I smiled as I heard my parents last words to me. Looking around i found the guilty eyes of alzack and bisca. Walking over to them with a smile.
"alzack bisca cheer up" I said now standing in Front of them.
"lucy were the reason chloe got kidnapped we are the reason you went into a coma we did that please accept our forgiveness" bisca said as I glared at her.
"you had nothing to do with any of that you fought with everything you had they held the upper hand with that teleportation magic it was to fast for you to handle it in time chloe will never find a reason to get mad at you and neither will I and no I went into a coma because I was worried that they may hurt the one that reminds me the most of the sibling I never got but trust and believe im going to make things right and no im not going to accept you apology because you never did anything wrong you protected your child as any other parent would." I lectured as they both looked down.
"actually asuka got hurt the put some body link magic on her she feels any pain chloe feels" alzack said as i snapped my head towards him.
"what" I asked in horror as They nodded pointing to the infirmary. I ran inside to see asuka on the bed next to me sweating as she squeezed her fist in pain. I walked over and saw a snake bind on her wrist.
"grandpa crux come out please" i called as he appeared.
"how do i take off snake binds" i asked as he looked through his achives. Screaming he stood up smiling.
"simply send magical energy into then they will break at the unidentified source of magic" he explained as I nodded pouring ny magic in slowly she seemed to calm down and relax. I signed as I looked to see the guild watching in shock.
"alzack, bisca wanna get payback on the ones who hurt your daughter" I asked my eyes being covered by my hair.
"we can't master already announced the team" bisca said as i looked up.
"your daughter was injured because of these bastards and im not gonna sit around and watch you be held back your coming with me and thats that" i said looking up as they smiled.
"lucy master said laxus you me erza grey and wendy were going" natsu protested as i shot him a look.
"then master i want my team to be bisca, alzack and wendy" i said stubbornly as he sweatdropped.
"um lucy that is not as simple as you make it" erza stated looking bewildered.
"master" i called as he looked on.
"i would accept but you need at least one S-class" he proclaimed as i looked around.
"any volunteers" i asked as erza and laxus both nodded.
"coin flip" cana called flipping the coin.
"tails" laxus stated as soon as it flipped in the air. It landed with tails Facing upwards.
"the team consist of lucy, laxus, alzack, bisca and wendy you may leave when ever it is time" master said as I nodded looking at my team.
"Im fine with now" wendy said looking determined as everyone looked at her.
"all in favor" I asked.
"aye" my temporary team shouted as I nodded.
"lets go then" I said grabbing everyone to teleport.
Teleporting everyone out side the  warehouse that mom told me about only to see it was small.
"ok heres the plan laxus, alzack, and bisca you three are on the front lines when we rush in take out anyone who is a threat wendy if you can use as little magic as possible because im trusting you to heal her ok try to get in and out as quickly as possible" I instructed as everyone nodded.
"can we say the line" alzack asked  me as bisca nodded.
"I Dont know what line but sure" I said with a strug. Laxus kicked the door down as alzack and bisca stormed in.
"FAIRYTAILS COME CALLING" they shouted syncronized
I stopped realizing something.
"ok laxus can you go find chloe i forgot theres a teleportation mage he could get her out of the guild." I said as he nodded teleporting away.
"you've got some nerve attacking my guild" someone on the top floor yelled as i looked up to see a man with grey eyes and dirty blonde hair with a grey business suit on he seemed to be radiating power. Looking in wendy's direction his nose flared.
"you are the reason for my guilds fate. That does not come without consequence. DIE" he shputef sending grey magic energy at her before i could react I requipped into aries stardress and used a wool vault to catch the spell letting it explode as the wool dessipated. The master turned his gaze to me.
"you will pay" he shouted as he jumped from over the balcony landing infront of me directly.
"blondie i got her what next" laxus asked as i looked around alzack and bisca seemed to finish off majority of the minor members.
"evacuate this is a code red" i said as everyone smirked the members thinking we are running my guild members because they know what im about to do. Requiping into dads all knowing armor only to see it was now a dress. It was purple ans had diamonds all along the top and and had a puffy bottom.
"I'll give you to the count of three two to surrender if not done so you will be punished accordingly" i stated realizing my voice had changed to a more angelic.

"ha this girl really thinks she scares us we have the the majority to her measly one." a member said.
"2" i said reading my magic.
"ooh so bright i think i peed my self." the master taunted.
"3" i spoke as my body started started to glow.
"i becon thee to my side at once. Purity rain" i shouted as the magic was casted through magic circles all through out the guild hall. People screaming as all of their sins came came back to hurt them literally.
"you are under arrest for the kidnapping of chloe heartfilia and the assualt of asuka connel raise your hands peacefully or you will be dealt with accordingly" i said asking virgo to handcuff everyone.
Seeing that she did thaf i ealked out only for the outer walls of the guild to crumble i saw laxus and the others sweatdropping.
"what im apart of team natsu its in our nature to destroy things" I said as they all laughed even laxus.
"lets get you all back to the guild" i said teleporting them back to the guild.
"we did it" i shouted excitedly as wendy finished healing chloe.
"stop" chloe said waking up abruptly as she panted only to see thd guild.
"lucy" she said crying i bent down to hug her as she cried on my shoulder i rubbed her back as she continued to cry.
"guys im gonna take her home we'll see you tommorow" I said smiling as i picked her up walking out of the guild deciding not to use my magic. It was a fairly peaceful walk home. When i arrived i gave chloe a bath to help soothe her muscles and aching body then i fed her.after that we watch a fee movies and before i knew it there was a knock on the door i opened it to see the council.
"lucy heartfilia you are under arrest for the distruction of hargeons ware house please come without any resistence."lahar said as i nodded a little shocked.
"ok well can i get my sister settled" i asked as lahar nodded walking over to chloe i nodded bending down i quickly wrote a letter.
"now chloe i have something to handle im leaving you with bisca and alzack give this to master ok" i said as she looked close to tears.
"your going away i know it dont leave me" she cried as i held her handing her the envelop.
"trust me on this one please chloe" I pleaded as she slowly nodded her head still crying.
"give this letter to master ok" i said as she nodded running through the door past the foot soldiers.
"ok" I said locking the front door activating the seal so no one with ill intentions can get in.
They placed me in the hand cuffs as I boarded the car. Destruction of public property is 3 to 5 weeks locked up. Ill survive plus I know my rights. Rights to a lawyer and I can plead the fifth amendment to the grounds that testify me.
"are you listening" a voice asked breaking me out of my thoughts.
"Im sorry I was trying to calm my nerves" I explained looking up to see doranbolt.
"as i was saying if fairytail chooses to get involved the pebalty would be ten times worse your guild may even be disbanded" he said as I gasped at the serenity of the situation.

Laxus point of view.
I sat at the bar drinking my booze as I heard hurried foot steps. Watching as the guild doors slammed open to show a crying chloe in pajama's.
"where's master" she asked with hiccups as she continhed to cry.
"he went to visit a friend you need some thing shortie wheres blondie" i asked as she walked over climbing into my lap much to the guilds amusement.
She handed me a letter. Taking it i saw blondies calligraphy.
"dear master the magic council has come to arrest me with charges of the destruction of hargeons abandoned warehouse funny right serms team natsu wore off on me. Any way can someone in the guild watch chloe for me Ill pay you back later chloe you know where i keep my money if you ever want anything also dont come after me laxus, natsu erza, grey trust me im a fairytail mage i can get out of this my dads old collegue is on the magic council ill try to guilt trip him if not ill just wing it but do not come after me this is probly just a ploy to take down fairytail stand strong ill see you soon love always lucy." I read as everyone lookef on in rage chloe hugged my stomach crying.
"This is not right" natsu yelled standing up.
"yeah i agree with ash for brains we always destroy stuff why does lucy get penalized" grey yelled stripping off his shirt.
"juvia's best friend got arrested because of destruction thats insane" juvia yelled I saw chloe covering her ears. Placing my head phones on her ears to drown out the idiots i stood holding her.
"chloe will stay with me no one go after lucy she would never willingly give herself up if she thought she was in potential danger plus she is one of our smartest and strongest let her handle her own business. If she is not back within 2 weeks well storm the councils office" I stated acting tough even though i was ready to break down. Teleporting to my house I laid chloe on my bed hitting the shower then I fell asleep in the chair by my bed.
