I was at the guild looking down at my ring its been a month since laxus proposed juvia and lyon have not been to the guild i rarely even get a phone call. I hope their alright and storm is behaving. Most of the guild is empty now day's.
"mira can i get a milkshake" i asked as she nodded walking over. Mira recently got engaged to freed which was not really a shocker levy had her baby so she and gajeel went off the map it turns out lisanna announced she was pregnant at the beginning of her second trimester and is now 6 months along i read dragon slayers have shorter pregnany times thats probably why she looks ready to pop. Omg im so mean i have picked on every pregnant person and I know karma is going to come back tenfold.
"lucy your zoning out on me" mira said smiling i looked at her confused.
"i asked if you wanna go wedding dress shopping together some time" she asked as I sipped my milkshake.
"sure just us or?" i asked as she shook her head.
"me you and our maid of honor im assuming yours is juvia?" she said as I nodded.
"well mine is erza" she said shocking the life out of me I was sure it would be lissana.
"you didnt ask lisanna?" i questioned as she shook her head.
"i asked but she said she was not wearing a dress looking like a pig" she explained as i frowned. Mira would have done the same for lisanna.
"we can go tommorow if thats fine i have tones of planning for christmas" i said as she nodded.
"anything special?" she asked me.
"well a bunch honestly its our first christmas together as guildmates lovers and fiancés" i said beaming as she looked at me.
"oh thats true so what are you planning to get him" mira asked.
"i cant tell he's listening" i said cutting my eye at laxus who quickly turned his head.
"I forgot he was a dragon slayer" mira whispered to me as I laughed.
"he stalks me with those ears i could be telling cana about my period and suddenly i have a basket full of chocolates" i said as mira giggled.
"freed avoids me when I meantion my period one time i asked him to get me some pads and I didn't see him for a week"
Mira said as i heard laxus choke on his laughter quickly taking off my sandal i threw it at his head.
"stop ease dropping its rude" i stated he nodded putting his head phones on.
"he Cant hear us if we whisper" i told her pulling out my now finished book.
"I was going to give this to levy but found something better for her" I said as she nodded.
"What are you cooking for christmas." mira asked as i looked down trying to remember if i ever cooked for laxus but now that i think about it i was always either by myself, on a mission, on a date or he cooked(most of the time)
"I have never even cooked for him" i stated my hands covering my face in shock.
"really freed said you can really cook so i assumed you cook all the time" mira said as i shook my head.
"no omg im getting married to someone who probably thinks i cant cook" I whispered as she nodded. I looked around to see the guild practically empty.
"well im going to find freed and start planning this wedding" mira said atanding up straightenung her dress as i nodded heading up the secpnd floor to laxus standing behind him giving a light massage as i bent down kissing his neck.
"can we go check on juvia" i asked my arms wrapped loosely around his neck.
"whats in it for me" he challenged. Rolling my eyes I sat down on his lap giving him a kiss.
"well it will end with you on top of me but it can start with me cooking for you" I said as he raised an eyebrow in wonder.
"can you even cook" he asked as i swatted his chest.
"im no pastry chef but i can make the basics" i said as he laughed giving me a kiss biting my lip as he pulled away.
"chef or not you floured my heart" he said as i smiled running a hand through his hair.
"you  sauteed mine" i said as he smiled.
"lets go check on rain woman and ice boy" laxus said standing up. I grabbed his hand as he lightning teleported us to juvia and lyons house. We knocked on the door i heard rushed foot steps as the door was opened to show a drowsy juvia with tangled hair and a sweat suit.
"ew you reek" i stated pushing the door open as i held my nose she signed in frustration.
"your telling me storm lives up to his name everytime we try to sleep or take a shower he crys" she said as i giggled.
"i can baby sit while you get situated and comfortable" i said as she looked at me.
"deal" she said really fast as if i would take my offer back. She tossed me a diaper bag we walked up stairs to see storm laying staring at the ceiling as he cried and a passed out lyon holding a throw up towel.
"come here big head" i said as i picked storm up. As soon as i started rocking him he quieted down juvia woke lyon as they walked to their room i summoned virgo and aries asking them to clean the house and make storms bed more cozy.
Me and laxus walked right down the street to laxus house.
"so what are you making for dinner" laxus asked ad i shrugged.
"im just going to wing it here hold storm" i said as he secured him i walked into the kitchen looking through his refridgerator finding ingredients for a shrimp and steak potato bowl. Quickly fixing the plate i made milkshakes to go with it when i heard storm crying ratger loudly.
"laxus if you dropped him im calling off the wedding" I yelled running into the living room. What i found was a sigbt to behold. Laxus held storm by his arms as far away from him as possible his nose scrunted up.
"laxus support his head" i yelled grabbing storm as i rocked him.
"yeah support his head but who is going to support my nose" he asked as i sent him a look.
"im going to handle this dont go into the kitchen" i saod as he nodded i walked into his bathroom with the diaper bag. I quickly changed hia diaper washing my hands thouroughly. I quickly finished cooking as laxus watched storm. Surprisingly me and laxus worked well together with babies. Watching lacus now i waited til he took a bite out of his food eatching the emotions that came as he asked for more i simply giggled passing over mine. It was a fantastic day seems like the guild is really changing. Maybe for the good...
