Annabeth's POV:I woke up to a tap on my shoulder. Considering the fact that I am in a arena with about ten teens that really want to kill me, waking up to a tap on my shoulder made me jump up into the air. I lunged blindly with a dagger and before I knew it, I had my dagger at someone's throat. The boy held a trident and was calm even thought there was a dagger at his throat. Eight feet below the both of us and hinding behind a tree was an older women.

"Trying..to..help," the boy choked out from under me. "The Careers are asleep, follow me," The boy rom district 4 whispered. I still didn't trust him enough to release my hold on him.

"Why should I trust you?" I snarled at him.

Despite the situation, he grinned, then he slowly raised his wrist to show me a gold bracelet, Haymitch's bracelet. "My name's Finnick," I let him go.

"Jump to that branch and climb down from there," Finnick instructed.

Slowly, the two of us made it to the ground without waking the careers.

"This is Mags," Finnick pointed to the older women that was hiding behind the tree.

Our trio walked away quietly in the opposite direction of the careers.

"So," Finnick tried to break the silence, "where's your boyfriend?"

I turned to him in shock and slapped him, he was so much like Percy, clueless and sometimes annoying.

"I don't know," I sighed,"at the end of the bloodbath, he took a knife for me and was thrown into the water, though he's not dead yet," I quickly added the last part.

"Then let's go find him," Finnick smirked and started walking faster out of the forest.

We walked for another half our before we came to a stop.

"Shhh," Finnick whispered.

I stopped walking and so did Mags. The was a rustle of leaves and I turned around, looking for the sound. Suddenly, A group of monkeys were surrounding us. I took out my dagger and Finnick raised his trident. All of the monkeys attacked at once, I swung my dagger at the two infront of me and stood back to back with finnick. He stuck his trident in one and swung it to take out another. I turned around to find a monkey swipe at my face. Thankfully, the cut wasn't deep, but it had made me lose my focus for a second. A monkey swiped again, this time, at my chest. Before I could defend myself, The tip of a sword appeared in the monkeys chest. When the animal fell to the ground, I saw the face of my Seaweed brain.

"Percy!" I yelled while I lept into his arms, he hugged me for a second, but then broke the hug to attack the monkeys behind him, I noticed a yound girl with a slingshot firing at some of the monkeys. A shriek was heard from the side. While I wasn't paying attentiion, a group of the animals had grabbed Mags.

"No!"Finnick cried out, fighting of the monkeys to reach his district partner but it was too late. A cannon sounded and all the monkeys left, taking Mags witht them."NO!" Finnick dropped to his knees in despair.

We were all breathing hard and the two of us that had known Mags are crying. Percy pulled me into his arms and slowly, i stopped crying. Finnick was now silent too.

"She's in a better place now," I assured Finnick.

"I know," he whispered and stood up to face Percy. "Allies," he reached his hand out.

"Yup," Percy shook his hand,"Percy Jackson, and this is Rue, she was the one who saved me after the bloodbath.

"Thanks," I smiled at Rue.

She smiled back, "Percy helped me get out of the blood rain,"

Then I noticed the two of them were both covered in blood. "Oh my gods, What happened?" I asked Percy, "That better not be your blood,"

"It's not," Percy laughed, "It was pouring blood a while ago, Rue and I escaped the rain and I heard you yell a while ago so I followed your voice."

"We should get going now," Finnick spoke up.

"Right," I grabbed my dagger that I had dropped and the the four of us started to walk horizontally from the direction we were walking in earlier.

Now Percy and Annabeth are together again. Get ready for some Percabeth folks. Please Review!
