Annabeth's POV: READ THE AN AT THE TOP!!!!!!!!!
I sat up against the tree, alert, Percy had fallen asleep and so had Rue and Finnick. If you didn't, read the AN at the top. The arena sky was dark and the only light was from the center of the arena. I sighed, this was going to be a long night in the dark. I noticed it was getting foggy, really foggy. The fog moved quickly and when it was in my reach, I cautiously stuck out a finger and touch the fog. Immediantly, a sharp pain formed around my finger and a welt appeared.
"Ahhhh!" I screamed while cradling my hand and grabbing the backpack next to me."Poison! The fog is Poison!" I yelled shaking Percy awake.
Percy was up and alert in no time. The four of us got up and ran for our lives. Unfortunatly for me, I was a bit slow and trying to warn the other gave time for the fog to catch up.
"Percy!" I screamed as welts started to appear on my left leg.
Percy turned around to help me, he picked me up bridal style and ran forward to follow Finnick and Rue.
"Eep!" Rue cried out as she tripped on a root in the ground.
Finnick helped Rue to het feet, then picked her up. The two boys continued running, the fog gaining on them fast.
Sorry!!! I know I haven't updated in a while. I'be been really busy with school but because of the "storm" here in California... No School Today!!!!!!
