[THIRD POV]

She let one last scream rip from her sore throat before gathering herself and getting up, hastily grabbing some things before opting to leave

"Gabe.. Gabriel.. I can't stay" she whispered to the body who lay motionless
"I need t-to leave. Like everyone else" she continued with a small, airy giggle

"I never thought Overwatch would ever.. fall" she mumbled, picking the bag she just packed up and stumbling out of the door

She felt extremely guilty for just.. LEAVING the body, but she couldn't bring herself to burry someone she considered her father figure.
She was damn sick and tired of father figures disappearing

She didn't know where everyone was, but she was sure people wouldn't let her work for them if they knew she was 'Mercy'

"Just have to go with Angela again" she whispered. People rarely called her that nowadays

"ANEGLA!" Someone yelled, running towards her
She stumbled back in shock
It was genji, barely himself anymore, the damage by the explosion and his brother's wounds merging into a bloody body that barely was there besides the robotic bits she put

"Genji!" She rushes towards him "We need to go somewhere with broken omnics. We need parts" she stated, giving him a quick once over

He smiled at her and nodded "Yeah.." he whispered and she knew he was broken inside.
His last human pieces were going to be replaced.

She held his robotic hand in hers and they made their slow way to the next alley where omnics lay broken all the time

"Where's.. where is commander Reyes? And Morison?" Angela was fuming at the mention of the two men "Jack fucking abandoned us and Reyes is dead" She grumbled

Genji looked shocked and hurt
He swallowed thick and nodded, trying to process what he just heard
"Mccree?" "No idea"
Mer-angela knew Genji had a soft spot for Jesse

After grabbing a few torn down omnics they went back to the Swiss base, the body still there.
After the blonde had calmed down, she walked into the room Reyes was in

Only..
He wasn't there..
