Chapter 13- Misunderstanding

Summer Woke up to the feeling of being slammed against a wall and fell out of bed. When she hit the floor, her head began to spin and she felt the blood spread under her clothes so she checked under her grey top. There wasn't any blood coming out from the bandages and Summer sighed with relief. No one could know about this, except for The White Queen. She then heard a high scream outside her door and she scrambled to her feet. She ran out her bedroom and through the hall. She stopped in the doorway of the kitchen to see her guards surrounding Ruby, Anoosheeg, and Nora.The rest of the group came running.

Summer became enraged about what she was witnessing, "What the HECK is going on in here?"

One of the guards spoke, "We found these three taking food from the kitchen for themselves, Your Highness."

"That's Not TRUE," Anoosheeg protested, "We were-"

"QUIET Peasant," Another guard interrupted. He tried to poke her with his spear, but Anoosheeg stepped back.

"Let her speak. Are you mad?" Summer said in a military like tone, "Put your swords down from their necks and leave."

"But your Highness," one of the guards protested.

Summer gave him a look, "Don't you test me. Obey me. Now. Dismissed."

They left the room and Anoosheeg spoke, "I don't know where Pepper is. Your guests, Ruby and Nora, were helping me find him. All we took was Cat kibble. Honest."

"Don't worry, Aneeg, I believe you," Summer replied. Pepper then popped out of the cookie jar and climbed out of the jar. The cat was covered in smudges of chocolate and layed down on the table. Summer went over to the poor thing and looked in the cookie Jar to see nothing but fur, "I think we found him."

Anoosheeg came over to the cat, "Oh my goodness, pepper you scared me. Are you okay? Do you have a tummy ache?"

The cat burped and smiled at Anoosheeg.

"I think he'll be fine," Summer said. The cat yawned and Anoosheeg picked Pepper up.

She hugged him, "I don't know why, but Pepper always likes to get up at 5am."

"So they chased you because you trying to find your cat," Ren asked.

"Well, Duh," Nora replied.

"Wait what time is it," Jaune asked.

Summer looked at the clock on the wall, "Six am."

"Dang," Oscar replied.

Summer turned around, "I think that we should all go back to sleep because this afternoon, I have something to show you this afternoon."

"An adventure," Anoosheeg replied. She looked at Summer While still holding Pepper and even he looked up, "But Isn't that too soon for your guests? You don't even know them."

Summer grinned at Anoosheeg, "I do know them. I just never mentioned them at all."

Anoosheeg was confused, "Huh? You What?"

"It's a long story, but for now, how about we all get back to bed, Okay?" Everyone nodded and they all headed back to their rooms.
