RWBY The Summer Rose Series Book 1- Roses in Wonderland

Chapter 20- After it all.

"I wish we didn't have to leave," Nora complained.

"I think we should if we want to get back to our world," said Jaune.

"Oh, Right," Nora agreed. Everyone said goodbye and began to walk towards the pond as the portal opened. When Qrow noticed Summer wasn't next to him, he turned around to see her waving at them.

"Are you coming, Summer," He asked. She smiled at him and shook her head. "Why?"

"I'll turn to dust," She replied, "I'm dead, but Wonderlandian magic keeps me alive. Once I leave Wonderland, it goes away and I'll turn into dust. Don't worry, I'll be here. If I did have the chance to come home, I would as much as I want to, but sadly, I can't. I'm sorry Qrow."

Qrow swallowed and nodded his head, "Alright."

"Now, Go. You can't stay here forever... Bird man," Summer chuckled.

He put his hands up and laughed a little, "Alright, short stack, Alright!"

When he went through the portal, The White Queen put her hand on Summer's shoulder, "So did you two have a relationship?"

Summer sniffed, "Yeah."

"Are you okay?"

Summer then began to cry on Marinia's shoulder, "I wish I didn't die in that world."

"Shhh, It's okay, it's okay," Marina hunged Summer and began to comfort her. They were there in that spot for a good hour before they headed back. When they did, The White Queen made arrangements for The Rose Kingdom to be rebuilt and restored. After two weeks, The city was restored to its natural self until new had been reported that The Red Queen had escaped Prison and was on the run. After another week of searching, Iracebeth fooled everyone in wonderland that she had gotten killed. In the next month, Summer became depressed at the throne. When it became week two of her depression, she began to ask Anoosheeg for help. When a month passed, everyone in The Rose Kingdom felt stone fooled when The Red Queen stormed through with a band of criminals. Everyone once again fled the city and she broke through the doors to the throne room, where Summer sat in complete silence.

"KILL HER," She ordered and Summer got up from her seat. When the band of criminals came at her, Summer began to fight them. When they all where knocked to the floor after her whip lashing moves, one of them got up. Summer knew this was going to be bad, so she pulled out her handgun and shot it at him. Everyone ducked and Summer escaped through the side and ran to her room. When they all noticed they had been fooled they raced through the castle trying to find her. In that time, Summer got out of her long White dress and put on a short white one. She then went out onto her balcony and Climbed down onto the roof just as the Criminals came through the door. Summer jumped down to the yard from the roof and the criminals came out onto the balcony of her room to see her run. She went through the gate and into the woods. She heard them through the woods come after her as she ran deeper and deeper. Summer came across a brick wall and began to climb over it. The Red Queen's band of Criminals stopped when they saw her.

"Come down and Surrender, Roses," said one of them. He had a country accent. Summer didn't listen so one of Criminals came up onto the brick wall to get here. Summer began to run. She Ran a few feet, but tripped and fell on the other side of the wall. She rolled down on top of a bunch of rocks and into a river as the current took her. It slammed her against rocks. It took so much out of her that when she reached Grip on something, she pulled herself onto the muddy bank. Summer then passed out and lost life. The river then took her to the ocean where her body jostled and floated. Her legs formed into a tail and washed her up onto a beach.
