A/n - MoonWolf: Thought I would clarify some stuff to you guys about Seraphina. More like her job and education. She went to collage and learned medicine and psychology while also training to become a police detective, which she did become. During the two years after collage she earned a master's degree in psychology and had the option to become a psychiatrist having studied medicine. She also trained to become and became a police officer during those two years. Then she moved back to Central City and has been working at the CCPD with her adoptive dad, Joe, and adoptive younger brother, Barry, for two years.

Seraphina looked around the bar, the chatter of people filling the room along of the sound of drunken laughter and the smell of alcohol. She shuddered and crossed her arms more tightly over her chest. She couldn't believe she had allowed Sara to dress her like this, much less bring her along to a bar of all places. Just because they were in the 70's didn't mean they had to dress almost exactly like someone from that time period. Truth be told, she was a little less frightened of being in a bar than she thought she would be, just more nervous and fidgety than normal. She took a shaky breath, grabbing Sara's hand for reassurance as she watched Mick bring over three beers and a water.

"Ah. Dollar beers." He exclaimed, eyes wide and grinning like a madman. Which he actually was. He was walking over towards them. "You gotta love the 70's." He handed a beer to Sara and Leonard, a water to Seraphina who was gripping Sara's hand with her own. "Who wants to listen to some Captain and Tennille? My mother played it. A lot." Mick took a long chug of his beer and walked over to the jukebox, pressing a specific button on it. The song "Love Will Keep Us Together" began to play. Sara and Leonard took swigs of their beer and Seraphina looked at them nervously.

"Relax, Ser. There's nothing to be afraid of, you'll be fine." Sara assured her, giving her hand a little squeeze. Seraphina forced herself to relax and let go of Sara's hand. She gave Sara a small smile. "You want to dance, Leonard?" Sara asked, turning to look at him. He smirked at her.

"You go right ahead. I'll watch." He declined her invitation, taking Sara's beer from her.

"Suit yourself." She responded simply. Leonard took a swig of his own beer as he watched her walk away to the dance floor. "Come on, Seraphina! Come join me!" Seraphina grinned and shrugged, she walked over to dance with Sara feeling confident. Just because she was shy sometimes, didn't mean she couldn't be confident. They swung their hips to the slower rhythm of the song, dancing together. Sara gave Seraphina a playfully suggestive look and Seraphina laughed. Suddenly Sara stopped dancing as Seraphina felt her hair get moved by a rough hand. She turned around swiftly to see a big, ugly, and obviously drunk man. He's breath reeked, smelling just like her father's did. Seraphina felt herself begin to panic, heart racing and her head feeling light, the beginning of a panic attack was starting. The man looked her up and down with no sense of humanity nor any sense of personal space.

"How 'bout you join me in the parking lot?" That's when Seraphina began to lose it. Her chest clenched and her breath began catching, she was having difficulties breathing. She felt someone put a hand on her waist and she almost freaked out completely until that person began talking.

"I don't think the woman is interested in you." She heard Leonard practically growl. She tilted her head back slightly to see Leonard glaring hard at the man, a smirk no longer on his face but a frown. He was definitely loosing his cool. She had heard from Barry that he could be scarier than Mick when he got mad. Seems he was right. "So why don't you move along." The man growled but the glint of the gun on Leonard's hip caught his eye and he backed off, instead walking over to Sara, probably going to try to attempt the same thing. Leonard wrapped his arms around Seraphina's waist. "Breathe." He said softly into her ear. She hadn't even realized she had stopped. She began to breathe again, breath still hitching and mind still light yet clouded with fear. She clutched onto the sleeves of Leonard's parka. Once her breathing became mostly normal and turned around and hugged Leonard tight.
