A/n: Seraphina's outfit and hairstyle for the next few chapters:
Leonard, Ray, Rip, Mick and Seraphina, who was already dressed in her outfit, were walking down one of the hallways of the timeship. Ray and Leonard were in the front of the group and Seraphina trailed behind them silently. She was wearing an outfit similar to Sara's and had two Glock 22s in place on her hips. She didn't have Glock 19s because she wasn't worried about concealing the guns, they were going to an arm's deal after all.
"All right, first thing we need to do is work up a plan." Ray stated as they rounded a corner.
"Got a lot of experience infiltrating criminal gatherings?" Leonard asked, half sarcastic half annoyed. "Didn't think so. I'm calling the shots." Leonard left no room for arguing. Seraphina watched Rip come up behind them holding up a finger.
"Actually, I'm in charge, in case any of you have forgotten." Rip reminded them.
"No, I remember. I just don't care." Leonard told Rip snarkily. 'For the love of the good and gracious Lord in heaven, will they ever stop fighting over jack shit?!?' Seraphina thought to herself, annoyed with the men on the ship except Jax who, as of yet, hasn't done anything to spark an aggressive argument within the team. Rip stopped with a huff and everyone stopped around him.
"Do I need to remind any of you that I'm a Time Master?" He questioned, exasperated. "Making discreet alterations to the timeline is what I do, so we're not going to just charge into the past like a bull into a china shop-"
"Half of what you told us about the mission turned out the be lies." Mick interrupted him, surprisingly calm. The psychologist in Seraphina was begging to have a therapy session with this guy.
"None of you have ever encountered Vandal Savage before." Rip stated. "I have," He said aggressively before continuing calmer, "and I'm telling you now, you are making a big mistake." Seraphina agreed but only partially, Leonard knew what he was doing, she trusted him. If everyone had as much faith in him and Mick as she did, this mission would go fine, as long as nobody made any stupid mistakes. Ray scoffed at Rip.
"Already did that when we trusted you." As the kids nowadays would say, sick burn (Idfk you guys). Seraphina theorized that Ray was a lot more hurt about Rip's lies than he let on. He was the type of man to wear his heart on his sleeve. He really wanted to be a legend, someone important who was remembered for something extraordinarily good. She knew because she felt the same way, not about the heart on the sleeve thing but wanting to be someone better, someone who would be remembered. The men all turned around and left Rip behind.
"Back soon, Captain." Mick said.
...
Sara, Leonard, Mick, Professor Stein and Seraphina were walking by the side of the warehouse, headed to the front. Seraphina was nervous, she felt that somehow she would screw everything up, being inexperienced. Unbeknownst to her, Leonard was worried as well but for slightly different reasons. Yes, he was worried she would screw up but only because she was innocent and kind, not at all mean. He also secretly, deep down, was scared she would get hurt. He damn well knew that she could handle her own in a fire fight. He dismissed his worries. He needed to focus. They had rounded the corner widely, scanning the scene. It seemed they needed certain IDs to get in. She wondered how they would get one. Sara sighed.
"Looks like they're checking credentials." She stated, reconfirming what Seraphina had previously thought. "And we don't have any."
"We got this. Trust us." Mick told her, referencing to Leonard and himself. Leonard had an almost arrogant look on his face, in character, as he scanned the area. He was dressed quite nicely and when asked by Sara, she admitted that she thought he looked quite handsome. Leonard bumped into a man. As Seraphina watched she swore that he had grabbed something. She now saw something in his hand as he looked back at the man. It was an ID. Seraphina couldn't believe her eyes. 'I need to check for my wallet when we get back to the Waverider' she thought to herself, astonished, hands traveling to touch the back pockets of her jeans even though she knew her wallet wasn't there.
"Excuse you." He drawled. He turned back around and they continued walking.
"IDs." The security detail stated. Leonard handed him the card, a lazy smirk on his face. The guard looked at him skeptically. "You don't look like an Amhad Ahmed Izz-Al-Din." He practically spat.
"I'm Arab." Leonard lied calmly. "On my mother's side."
"Is there a problem?" Everyone's heads turned as they heard the professor speak very aggressively. "I don't like delays." He spat back at the guard. Seraphina held back laughter. Stein was on point with his character. "Do you know who we are?" Seraphina was confused. Wait... who were they? "My associates and I are the operational are of "Scimitar." The Lombardo Square bombing, 1963. Murder of Henry Tyran, Canada, 1970." Sara, Mick and Seraphina shared looks and Sara and Seraphina shared secret smiles. "Konig airport Massacre, 1971. Bottom line?" He got up close in the guard's face. "You don't want to doubt me." Leonard snatched the ID card from the guard, his signature smirk present on his face. The guard stepped aside. They were in. Mick walked up to Professor Stein and put his arm around his shoulders as they walked up the stairs.
"You're a special kind of crazy." He told him, an insane look in his eyes. He backed off and the group walked inside.
