Eyes brighter than eternal light
Your light oh so blinding
The opposite of midnight
Take away all my bindings
Help me to see the path ahead
To clear my blurry vision
Without you my heart is dead
Free me from this soulless prison
Your smile lights up my life
Your laugh is like music to my ears
With your hand in mine, I'll have no strife
Just your presence melts my fears
Without you life is black and white
Please don't take away my burst of color
If I don't have you I'm so uptight
I'll forever be your loyal follower
Voice smoother than ocean waves
And eyes softer than silk
Like your prince I shall behave
Your beauty could never wilt
So for you I will sing
My lullaby of eternal love
As I offer this diamond ring
Our hearts will soar above
My everything and my always
As I hope to be as yours
We walk these lover's hallways
And so my heart, for you, pours
From now until forever
I hope our hearts never stop dancing
But you were oh so clever
And now I watch you prancing
From one to another
You change people like clothes
You decided we shouldn't be together
But I still choose not to impose
Though you've abandoned me like trash
My heart, soul and body still belongs to you
You're not someone I may simply pass
This is a situation I cannot easily get through
Still I hold myself up strong
Though every day is a struggle
There is no where I feel I belong
I will pull myself from the rubble
Yes, you're my everything
And you always will be
But I refuse to deal with this pain
When our relationship only includes me
So now I'll say goodbye to forever
And hello to today
Because even though you are clever
I can never feel the same way
