"Father" Mitsuki said, earning his attention.

"Something happened to Konohagakure, right?" he asked.

"The Otsusuki clan" Boruto said. "The village was attaked and they have everyone captured."

"Hmm...." was all he said. "You need him."

"Need who?"

"Sasuke-kun. You need him in order to rescue them all...and you sister too right?"

"Do you know where he is?" Sarada asked.

"Unfortunately, I don't. He's never been the open type for anything" he said while leaving.

"Well, at least you can said you tried!" Suigetsu said while earning a punch from Karin.

"Shut it or else...!" she said

"Fine fine!!" he said in panic as Juugo turned to face the group.

"You can stay here and have some rest before leaving. That's the least we could do." he said. Everyone exchanged glances at first, but they didn't had an option.

"I guess we're staying here then." Kawaki said. "We don't have anywhere else to go except for the village."

Sarada glared at him before leaving in the same direction Orochimaru went.

"Oi! Sarada!!" Boruto said while trying to follow her, but she was out of his range. "Damn it dattebasa..."

"Relax Boruto. She'll be fine.." Kawaki replied as the Uzumaki glared at him.

Meanwhile, Sarada followed the dark hallway, hoping to find the answers she was seeking. "Wait! Orochimaru!!"

"Such a persistent child" he muttered. "Demanding the truth like he did in his youth."

"You always knew everyone's movements. Including my father's. The village is in trouble amd the least I can get from you is where I can find him."

"No..." he replied. "You want to know why he always does this kind of missions."

"What do you mean?" she asked. "He leaves to take care of the village."

"Yes, but he never took you"

"B-But I have the Sharingan! Its a gift that must be protected and-"

"Himawari has the Tenseigan, and yet she became his apprentice....Just like Boruto did many years ago..." he said as Sarada gasped, realizing that what he said is true. Prochimaru watched how the Uchiha heiress frustration grew bigger. "Now what would you do with this? Will you still love him even if he chose non related kids as his students over his own daughter?"

"Sarada!!" Karin said as the dark haired girl turned around. The redhead looked at her before turning to Orochimaru. "I'll take her back to her room. Her friends are asking for her."

"Go. We're done discussing about it." he said as Karin grabbed Sarada away. She quickly left with the Uchiha heiress but also felt that something was wrong with her.

"You know..." Karin said while taking a big breath. "I know that something's bothering you. You have the same expression Sasuke used to do when he had trouble in his mind."

"You seem to know him very well" she replied.

"Many things happened in the past. But what really matters right now is knowing his location."

"You know where he is?"

"Besides Naruto and your mother? Yes, I know...just in case things go wrong and something bad happened to you." she smiled while patting her head. "Wow, your hair has grown so much!"

Sarada smiled. "Yeah....so where he is?"

"Last time he made contact, he was at the Hidden Mist. There has been problems woth the recuperation of the village after the war so I guess he was sent there to solve things up."

"Why he's always like this?"

"Like what?"

"Like...that" Sarada sighed. "He's always away and is so mysterious and never talks to me about everything he does and-" she trailed off, holding back her tears. Karin lowered her head, understanding the feeling of pain and loneliness she's been hiding for so long. Yet, she also was surprised that she didn't knew the main reason of his behavior

"That's....something only he must tell you." she replied. "Now go and rest, tomorrow you're going on a long trip."

"You're hiding something" Sarada said. "Why would he tell me that if he doesn't even opens up to me for silly things?! Why he always shuts me out! What he doesn't want me to know about him that embarrass him so much!!"

"Enough.." Karin said with deep pain as she left. "Just go to sleep."

"But-"

"Just Go!"
