"Boruto nii-chan, do you think Himawari will get better soon?" Hizashi asked me as we reached the hospital. It was dark and lacked electricity in a few areas due to all the damages, but at least it was working well...

"She will be fine dattebasa" I replied.

"Don't lie to us! I've heard that there was complications with her treatment" Miroku said while pouting.

"You two surely like to spy on the elder's conversations." I said while remembering that old habit Himawari used to had when she was a kid.

We stopped at Ino's desk to make the registration as usual. She was overwhelmed with all the patients information.

"Boruto! You're here early" Ino said while taking Himawari's expedient. Then she noticed Hizashi and Miroku's presence. "You two are here as well."

"We want to check on aunt Hima!" Hizashi said with excitement as the Yamanaka couldn't help but to look at him with sadness.

"I...I understand but....I'm afraid things got a little complicated.."

"Why? What happened dattebasa?" I asked with worry.

"We had to move her from department. She became hostile and we had to isolate her from everyone."

"Let me see her" I demanded. "I need to see if she's okay and.."

"Boruto..."

"Just for a moment, then we'll figure out something and-"

"Boruto. You have to wait until your parents get here so we could discuss the treatment. It's going to be hard for you, but you need to listen for once."

I stood still, trying to hold myself and not making a scene in front of the kids. "Come on guys, let's get out dattebasa.."

Later that morning, Sarada and Chocho were having a break from all the reconstruction work they were helping with.

"So, he's still mad at you?" Chocho asked.

"He is. I don't think he'll forgive me." she replied.

"Well, you gotta understand. You two kissed back then and-"

"I was forced to! I defended myself but-"

"But what? He was strong? Sarada...you're physically the strongest shinobi I've ever known, besides your mother of course." Chocho said while opening a bag of chips. "Kawaki had the looks back then and they made a cute couple."

"But it wasn't him. It was that man who was manipulating her. He also took advantage of me and that's something Boruto doesn't understand.  He thinks that Hima-chan's mind got affected because of what happened between us, but that's not true..."

"Mhm....says the one who was jealous of getting her father stolen away fro training." Chocho earned a glare from the Uchiha heiress. "Face it Sarada, you were jealous of her in every way you could think of. She's hella strong, pretty and proved everyone that she was capable of becomimg a great leader."

"Stop it."

"She was training with your father, got acknowledge by every shinobi, dated one of the hottest guys who turned out to be a villain, and helped end the last war! So I'm not surprised you wanted to take away that spotlight. Everyone noticed it, including Boruto-"

"Enough!!" Sarada said while running away, leaving a surprised Chocho.

"Himawari, how are you doing today?" asked a nurse. I couldn't see her due to my eyes being covered but I knew very well where she was standing. I tried to move myself but my body was tied to the bed, so it was useless.

"People have told me you've had a rough night. How about you act as a nice girl today and eat a bit?" she asked again.

"I'm not hungry" I murmured deep enough to make the nurse sigh.

"Himawari, your parents are about to arrive and-"

"I don't have parents"

"Don't say that! Now, take a bite please?" she said while handing me a piece of bread.

I know I shouldn't trust her. What if they're manipulating me into something?

"Come on, Himawari. You know, this could be a lot easier if you just were a nice girl."

'Nice girl? Nice girl?!?!? I've always been a nice girl and you were the ones who made me this way...'

"Yeah" I said with a huge smile.. "You're right"

And then proceeded to not only take the peace of food, but to bite her hand as well.
