Chapter 25

Typical Sydney Night.

Andy's P.O.V

We ordered our food and started eating it after it arrived at the table.

"so where are you taking us after this?" Bradie asked.

"oh no where to special!" I winked.

Mia twirled her last string of pasta onto her fork, and Bradie took his last bite of his steak.

"you're gonna have to show me your bass playing skills!" I said.

"well if you insisted! I guess I can show you." she smiled.

The waiter came and took away our empty plates.

Bradie's P.O.V

It was great watching Andy and Mia get along so well. They laughed for a lot of the time.

"so are you guys ready to go?" Andy asked.

"yeah!" I replied with Mia saying the same thing after me.

Andy payed for the food and drinks while telling Mia and I to go wait in the car.

I walked behind Mia to the doors of the bar.

And then out to the car park.

I reached out to open the door for Mia. But she grabbed my hand and pulled me around to face her, gently rubbing her finger along the edge of my face. I realized how happy I had been lately.

I pulled her in close and hugged her really tightly. I don't think she was meaning for just a hug, but I really felt like hugging her.

"come on you guys, get in the car!" I heard Andy laugh as he walked closer to us.

The sky was dark and the wind was becoming colder. Typical Sydney night!

The car was a lot warmer once we sat down and put our seat belts on.
