My Sister's Friend

As we all helped to unpack the groceries Eliza pulled me aside and we went into her room and I flopped down on the bed knowing why she brought me here.

"You are going to have to tell me sooner or later y/n" she said as she sat on the end of her bed. I knew I would have to tell her but I didn't know what Alycia wanted people to know. Would she be okay with me telling her? Or did she want to keep us a secret?

"I can't" I mumbled into the pillow really wanting to talk to Alycia before I talked to Eliza.

"y/n take your head out of the pillow and tell me what is going on between you and Alycia" she said as she started tickling my feet knowing that is my one weakness. As she tickled I started squirming and screaming for her to stop. I eventually removed my head from the pillow and let out a scream louder than I expected.

Eliza stopped tickling me and stared at me with an amused look. We were staring at each other trying to hold back laughter and the door swung open to reveal a worried looking Alycia. I stopped looking at Eliza and locked eyes with Alycia and broke out into a fit of laughter, Eliza and I were both uncontrollably laughing now and Alycia had made her way over to the bed and closed the door.

"What are you guys doing?" Alycia asked slightly confused by this whole situation. I mean who wouldn't, I didn't even understand what was going on anymore. I sat up as I stared to calm down and stop laughing. Eliza was still uncontrollably laughing now on the floor holding her stomach.

"Can I tell her?" I asked Alycia in a whisper. Alycia looked at me and her face contorted and I could tell she was fighting with herself as to whether or not she is ready for others to know. After a few minutes she simply nodded at me and made her way out of the room. As she got to the door she gave me a sly wink and continued her way out of the room.

I moved my way to the end of the bed and watched as Eliza tried to compose herself. She was finally finished laughing and was now sitting on the floor looking at me.

"I don't even remember why I was laughing" she said as she stood up and made her way over to me at sat next to me. I rested my head on her shoulder and sighed. "So are you going to tell me what happened between you and Alycia?" She asked again and I knew I would have to tell her.

I kept my head on her shoulder and readied myself to tell her. "Okay so when you told me to take your place that night, it was the best I had slept in ages. It just felt so right. Waking up to her in the morning was the best feeling ever and I wanted to do it over and over again." I took in a deep breath and continued. "We sat on the steps and talked she asked what we were and I told her that I never stopped caring for her as much as I wanted to hate her, I just wanted to be the one who made her happy. But I told her we had to take things slow, I didn't want to rush into anything as I fear that we will move to fast and it will ruin things" I say as I lifted my head off of her shoulder ready to tell her the thing I am most nervous to tell her. I don't even know why I am nervous. "Then she asked me to be her girlfriend and I said yes" I said as I mumbled the last part.

"y/n y/l/n WHAT DID YOU SAY" She yelled at me with a happy expression on her face.

"I said yes" I said louder and was tackled onto the bed by a squealing Eliza. She squeezed me so hard and repeatedly said "I so happy" whilst squeezing me harder each time.

"You are going to crush me Eliza" I said as I let out a light giggle. She got off of me but stared at me with a huge smile.

"You have to tell the others" she said in a more serious tone. I knew she was right but I had to talk to the Alycia first. I did not want to go telling people if Alycia was not ready. I nodded to Eliza and made my way downstairs to find Alycia.

"Alycia can I please talk to you for a second" I asked as everyones eyes were on me. She nodded and made her way out back and I quickly followed.

"Alycia we have to tell the others, they deserve to know. I am ready for them to know. This is your choice to make, but know I will be there every step of the way" I said as I made my way over to her and interlocked our fingers and gave her a gentle kiss on the nose. She smiled and I melted. Her smile was as wide as the sky, but as loving as a child.

She was staring right into my eyes and I was instantly hypnotised. She stared leaning in and my eyes fluttered shut. This was the moment I have been dreaming of for so long. The anticipation was killing me and all I wanted was to feel her lips on mine. It felt like I waited forever, but the wait was worth it.

Her lips were soft and delicate. They moulded perfectly with mine. It was like electricity was flowing tough my body, it was a feeling I had never felt before and I knew I could get used to it. Not wanting to go further just yet I pulled away with a huge smile on my face. I gave her another quick peck on the lips and said "we should probably go tell everyone now." She smiled and nodded and we made our way inside.
