I smiled and looked over at the small pile of presents, and Drew bursts through the door, jumping on the bed that I was sitting on.
"AYE WHAT UP BISHHHHHH!" Drew runs in through the door, almost crashing into me.
He was vining.
He giggled and looked down at his phone again, not paying any attention to us.
"uhm hey," Madeline said, breaking the silence with her soft giggle.
"Hey," I said letting out a short giggle myself.
"Hey," Drew said to me, a little more nervously this time, waving his hand in between me and Madeline.
He flipped over onto his back, and I sat there awkwardly, on Instagram before Madeline kicked us out.
"Get out I need to change," she said shooing us out.
we stood there awkwardly, before I spoke up.
"Are you nervous about tonight?" I asked looking up at him.
"A little, can you tell?" he asked rubbing his neck, concern on his face.
"Yes," I said giggling and poking his cheek, and he smiled.
"Dammit," he quietly muttered, pulling his hand down, getting in an uncomfortable position.
I giggled, "you're so awkward."
"You can obviously tell."
Madeline opened the door, "Y'all are cute. you can come in now," she said smiling, motioning us in, but Pam had already called us down.
All three of us walked down the steps, a low thud echoed of the base of the wall each time one of our feet collided with the step.
We made it to the end of the steps, and we walked to their table, I sat next to Drew, across from Madeline, seeing that Jarrod and Andrea were on a date.
His parents sat at the table and everyone soon enough had food on their plate, by passing it around or getting it themselfs.
But sooner or later the questions rolled in like, how long have you two been dating? or how long have you liked Drew?
Simple questions, a question anyone would ask in an awkward situation like this.
Once I finished I placed my hand on my lap, which Drew took the opportunity to grab it as we awaited for everyone else to finish.
Once dinner was over though, I had helped everyone clean up, put away dishes and left.

"Hello?" I answered face time, showing Drews beautiful face.
He smiled, "Hey."
"What's up?"
"I'm just really bored, so I decided to face time you, look out your window."
I giggled and looked out to come to Drew smiling at me, shirtless.
I looked down at my phone, "I love your nipple," I laughed.
He looked down, and his face flushed with red, moving his phone and laughing to.
I bit my lip and looked at him, his face grew redder.
"We should go for a walk," I spoke into the phone, breaking the awkward silence.
"Get ready."
Soon we quietly ran down the steps and met outside, embracing the cold with each of our steps.
I ran to him, wrapping my arms around him and let out a small breath, the air capturing my breath in the moon light.
"I'm so cold."
