Chapter 11

Since Leonard, Barry and I have dealt with the army, after a meta human who ended up killing herself, Barry's childhood bully came back as a meta-bully and Barry was able to take him out, then some kid with a grudge against Dr. Wells came and that was tough given he could take away Barry's speed.

But we were a team and with every obstacle that's come our way we've beaten it together. Barry wanted to run around the city and do good so I stayed at the lab.

"Barry, bank robbery in progress at Cunningham and Sampere." Cisco said and I looked at the monitor.

"I got it." Barry said.

"Wait that's where I bank." Caitlin said.

"Once super thieves showed up, I went mattress."

No sooner did Barry report to us about the bank, Joe called and I was needed at the scene.

"Find anything?" Joe asked as I was looking through the camera files to see who the robber was.

"Just this guy walking around, talking to people, then just walking into the safe and leaving. He never showed his face from what I can see. Barry didn't see the robber either, especially with all the chaos. He said everyone was just going nuts."

"Yeah well he and I have to run to the station with all his stuff, take a copy of this to S.T.A.R Labs, maybe Cisco can do something with it."

"Yeah. Gotcha." I stood up and my bag fell, causing my mask to fall to the floor.

"Are you wearing that thing here?" Joe asked as I quickly picked up the mask.

"I can't speed dress into mine so yes. I wear it under my clothes. Cisco's working on another one so I don't have to wash it so much."

"Keep that part where it won't fall out so easy."

"Yes sir. Let you know when we have something."

Barry met me at the lab and found out there was nothing at the scene that could have caused all those people to freak out like that. It had to have been a meta-human.

"Anger, hate, aggression." Dr. Wells said coming more into the room.

"A jedi craves not these things." Cisco said imitating Yoda. No one laughed at his joke. "No one is feeling that quote?"

"Everyone in the bank went total savage for like five minutes." Barry explained. "And then they were fine again."

"Just enough time to slip in and slip out." I said.

"Anger can be a powerful emotion. Right Becca?" Dr. Wells looked over at me. I had to learn to keep my emotions under control, especially after the whole situation with Leonard. Anger and my power don't go so well together. "If this meta-human can engender irrational feelings of anger in his victims he can do a lot of damage."

"Detective West helped me get copies of all the CT scans the hospital did to everyone at the bank." Caitlin said walking in with a flash drive. "Take a look." She said and plugged it into the computer.

"Well look at this. The emotion center of the brain, are still showing signs of being overwhelmed."

"Especially the area that controls executive function. That's the part of the brain that stops people from doing random and potentially destructive thing that pops into their head."

"How do you think the meta does it?" Barry asked her.

"That's the half a million dollar question." Then Barry's phone went off.

"Hey, if you guys figure it out, just give me a call, okay?"

"Is the flash off to another roof top rendezvous with Iris?" Yeah we've all been upset with Barry over that one.
