We were back at the air strip and it was Barry's turn for training. He was running while Cisco used a weaponized drone to attack him. It was to test Barry's speed and agility. I was their way of knowing if he slowed down or just got hit.

"That was too close." Caitlin said coming over to us.

"He told me to make it hard." Cisco said and he flew the drone.

"He didn't tell you to make him dead."

"Remember this is just supposed to be a training exercise to improve Barry's speed." Dr. Wells said.

"Cisco, you gonna bring it or what?" Barry said over the comms. We looked at Dr. Wells questionly.

"Bring it." He said. Then Cisco fired the small rockets at Barry. One did some damage.

"Have we any idea how to stop this yet?" I asked groaning from the pain in my back.

"Not yet Ms. Allen."

"It's not fair I'm the one literally feeling all the pain."

"At least you can take it well now." Caitlin said.

"That's cause I'm just used to feeling like I'm getting the crap knocked out of me 24/7."

I noticed Barry was still on the ground. He got up but didn't move.

"Why isn't he running away?" Caitlin asked. "Barry, run away."

The drone fired the other rocket and Barry ran towards it, jumping in the air to catch it, and aim it back at the drone. Sadly that was the end for Cisco's drone. After that he changed and ate about fifty burgers. Dr. Wells congratulated him on his improvement.

"It's still not enough." Barry said.

"It will be. You keep working like you are, you keep focusing like you are, and you both will be ready the next time your man in the yellow suit comes around. Becca's already got her powers evolving as well."

"Still no super speed without my dear twin though." I said.

"That may have to do with the fact that you two are opposites. He creates electricity, you form ice. He's fast, you're slow." Dr. Wells said.

"He kept his hair color, you lost yours." Cisco started to make a joke but stopped when I glared at him. Then Cisco started on his Reverse-Flash for our bad guy. It did make sense so Dr. Wells and I agreed on it. Then Barry was ready to go again. This was going to be a long day.

I got home that night and noticed my front door was open. I took my gloves off and was ready for a fight. I slowly walked inside and looked around. As I went towards the rest of the place the kitchen light suddenly turned on and I saw Leonard was standing there.

"I told you to leave me alone." I put my hands down. Freezing him was unnecessary.

"And I told you I wanted to see you."

"Why can't you just leave me alone?"

"Because there's something about you. Makes me want to keep coming back." I stared at him for a moment. I knew what his game was.

"You're only in town for the Flash."

"A big reason, but I did wanna see you. Make sure you were ok."

"I am. Now leave before I call the police." I said and pulled out my phone. He stared at me for a good minute before heading towards the door.

"Fine. For what it's worth," He turned to face me. "I am sorry for everything." Then he left, closing the door behind him.

The next day Barry and Joe were at a scene and determined that Leonard was back and looking for Barry and I.

"Captain Cold is back?" Cisco said as we all walked into the cortex.

"For a non-metahuman, Leonard Snart is proving to be quite the nemesis." Dr. Wells said.

"He still has the cold gun, the one he stole from us, the one that I built." Cisco said.

"What does he want this time?" I asked.

"The Flash and Absolute. If Snart wants a fight, then I'll give him one." Barry said.

"He doesn't know my powers so I have some surprise on him." I said.

"Well..." Dr. Wells started but stopped.

"You don't think we should?" Barry asked and I looked at Dr. Wells, who glanced at me.

"I didn't say that but, Barry, as fast as you are, you can't be everywhere at once. Then it becomes a question of priorities. Now in the last month you have made a commitment to improving your abilities, and it's working you're finally getting faster, Becca can do a number of new things with her cold powers."

"Ok but are we supposed to do? Just ignore Snart?"

"The last time you had a fight with Snart, a train derailed, and Becca was seriously injured. You were lucky to get all those people out alive. Now if you don't give him that fight..."

"He may just back off, and there'll be no casualties." Barry finished.

"Or he can continue to hurt people until he gets what he wants."

"Look Barry, Becca, Cisco and I will work with Joe and the police, and devise a way to catch cold."

"We can defiantly come up with ways to neutralize Snart." Cisco said sitting down.

"Listen, guys. Whether or not you go after Snart, that's your choice. We here will do whatever we can to support you. But, after this past Christmas, after the events with the Reverse-Flash... I just think he poses a greater threat to us all."

So Barry decided to focus on the Reverse-Flash, and I supported him on it.

Barry and I rushed into the CCPD after thy had an encounter with Leonard, only this time, he wasn't alone. We found Joe and ran over to him.

"Hey. Hey are you ok?" Barry asked.

"I'm fine." Joe said. Snart's new partner, he's got this handheld flamethrower."

"Flamethrower?" I asked. Ice I can fight, fire, not so much.

"Yeah. Almost everyone was treated at the scene but, we got two in the burn unit."

"I'm sorry I should have listened to you." Barry said.

"It's all good, but, the next time Snart and his pyro pal show up, you two make them sorry they ever messed with you." We nodded our heads and Joe went to call the hospital.

Later I went with Caitlin to meet someone who could help her find Ronnie, who was apparently alive and was the guy on fire. Things keep adding up.
