The girls had turned 18. They had put a lot of thought into the names and had decided on Taylee, McKarty, Nayvie and Maylee. All of them were gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, vegan and didn't eat any food with the letter e. Taylee was exactly like hunter with black long hair but with Mc Kenzie's blue sparkly ass eyes. Mc Karty had got the blonde hair but was extremely tall, 6 foot 3. Nayvie was strangely, black. But Maylee was the prettiest as she inherited Hunter's ivory skin.
The girls went to college that year and moved into their own apartments so Hunter and Mc Kenzie had the den to themselves again. Hunter took up cooking school so he would look less suspicious carrying around so much garlic. Mc Kenzie got post natal depression and went through a k pop phase but hunter was sure she'd pull through.
And that was then. A normal happy family of vampires, with bright futures. But Maylee had a secret that was going to wreck it all.
