Bre's P.O.V

~*2 years later*~

After I and Jaden got married I went right to college to be a construction worker and I have two years left to graduate college.

And Jaden continues to be principal of AHS but I think she has gotten a lot stricter than before and, to be honest, it's hot.

Anyways today me, Jaden and Ben are going to a group home to look for a child to adopt and I can't wait.

We drove up to a big red house that didn't look to great on the outside I really hope inside it was better.

Jaden got Ben out of his booster seat and he walked to me grabbed a hold of my hand making Jaden smile.

We walked inside the building to the people who control the group home to talk about meeting some of the kids.

We walked up to a man and a woman who seem to be the people who take care of the kids.

"Hi are you Jaden and Bre Goldman-Hall," the man asked when he saw us approaching him

"Yes I'm Bre and this beautiful lady next to me is my wife Jaden, " I told him and he put his hand out for us to shake making me let go of Ben's hand so I can shake his

"I'm Eric Comtois and this is Janie Fire we hear you two were looking for a child to adopt so why don't we go to my office and talk," he said to me and Jaden

"Sure but one second...Ben come on" I look to my side to see Ben wasn't there "Wait I have to go look for Ben sorry," I say panicking and start looking in the rooms trying to find him

When I finally found him I seen him talking and playing soccer with a girl who looked about 13 or 14 in the backyard of the building.

"Hi, little man. What's your name?" the girl asked kicking the ball to Ben who seem too happy to be talking to her.

"Ben Goldman-Hall, what's yours," he said kicking back to the girl

" Lila. How old are you?" The teenager asked him kicking the ball back

"8 years old. you?" he asked her smiling kicking it back to her again

"14 and you know you are one smart 8 years old you know that," she says giving a small smile I like her.

Maybe we would adopt her seeing as she sounds nice and Ben likes her.

"Yeah, my momma says that all the time," he said to her and there's my cue to go to them since they hadn't seen me yet.

"Ben. What are you doing the running of you almost gave me and your Mommy a heart attack" I say walking over to him

"I'm sorry momma I was just playing with Lila," he said pouting and pointing to the girl

"Well just don't run away from us again without telling us where you are going okay," I told him calmly and then I turned to the girl Lila "Thank you for playing with my son and hopefully I will see you soon," I say smiling at her "actually you mind watching Ben while I go do something," I ask Lila

"Yeah I can watch him," she says to me
smiling

"Ben you can stay and finish playing I have to go talk to mommy and that man you have seen, " I told him

"Yay!" he cheered and went back to asking Lila questions, passing the soccer ball back and forth with her

I walked to were Jaden and Jaine who were talking about adopting

"I think I just found the child I want us to adopt," I told Jaden and dragged her to where Ben was playing and talking to Lila

Once Jaden so how happy Ben was, how nice Lila was being to him and how she was treating him like a little brother he seemed to agree with me.

We went and talked to the people about adopting Lila. We learned about Lila and her past was ruff but we still wanted her and we got her and she was the perfect addition to our family...
