Chapter 34

Gabby's POV

I walked into the cold office . I had a Polo Hat ,over sized shades , and a black Victoria Secret Pink sweat suit , my hair into a lower tight bun. I didn't want to be noticed at all . I even took a cab to look as normal as possible . I walked up to the receptionist and tried to speak as low as possible . "Hi my names Gabriella Bieber. I have an appointment today ." The young blonde woman's eyes widen when I said my name . "As in Justin Bieber's wife ?" I looked over my shoulder and around the doctors office to make sure nobody heard our conversation .

"Yes ." I smiled but than quickly formed a straight line with my lips . I wasn't in the mood to deal with any fan stuff right now . "I've seen Justin around from time to time . I know some people that know him." She smiled while playing with a string of her blonde hair. Oh great . That's just what I wanted to know. I can't be here if she knows him . "You know what forget it . I'll just cancel my appointment I gotta go-" I started to turn and walk away . "Wait !" The receptionist yelled . I walked back over to the receptionist window so that a scene wouldn't be formed."Yes ?" I asked hiding annoyance in my voice .

"Listen I'm sorry . We have a strict policy here where we can't give out any patients information . So I can promise you that I won't say anything about whatever appointment your getting today to anyone. No media or anything . Not even to my friends. Or my dog for that matter ." I smiled at her act of kind words . That made me feel a lot better . Plus if she did decide to say anything I would sue the shit out of this clinic and her personally since legally she wasn't suppose to say anything about my visit .

"Thank you I really appreciate this . Not to be rude or anything but do you think it'll be possible to see the doctor right away . " I wasn't trying to be mean to her or sound so pushy its just that this whole thing is a secrete and its bad enough she knows him through friends , I just wanted to get this over and done with . "Yeah of course . I've already held you up enough . And your here for ..." The girl opened my file and her eyes scanned my form . I watched as her mouth formed an "o" and she went pale . Slowly she looked up at me but her face held sympathy . I was happy I decided to wear my shades cause I didn't want her to see me start getting emotional . "Oh.. I um didn't realize ." She handed me a clipboard that had two or three papers attached . "Just fill that out and the doctor will be with you shortly ." I smiled at her and turned around to have a seat.

My palms were feeling awfully sweaty . I can't believe I'm here . I have to get this done . Justin already said he didn't want a baby now . I just have to do this . I scribbled my signature in consent of the procedure , my knowledge of the risk that could come with it and all this other stuff. I walked back up to the girl behind the window handing my papers . " She's ready for you . Fill free to open this door and go straight back. Its the door on your right." She instructed . I nodded my head and did what she told .

"Goodmorning Mrs.Bieber. How are you feeling today?" The female doctor asked as she walked into the small room that I was in . "I'm okay I guess." I said not sounding at all convincing. "Well here get changed into this ." The Doctor handed me one of those paper gowns they give you at the hospital . She stepped out while I stripped out of my clothes. After getting changed and I was laying on the hard cold bed thing looking up at the ceiling .This was it .

"I need you to relax for me Mrs.Bieber." The doctor said sitting on this stool that was in between my legs. I took a deep breath trying to relax myself. I internally thanked myself for remembering to shave down there.She put my one foot on this foot holder thing and the other foot on the other one .She took this thing and started to place it at my entrance . The contact of the cold metal sent chills up my spine .

I started to get instantly nervous . I closed my eyes . "Relax. I'm just using this to insert it in you so I can see exactly how far along you are. " I nodded and closed my eyes . My body tensed up as I felt the thing be moved around inside me . It was silent for awhile.Get it Together Gabby . I tried to pull my nerves together . "There's your baby." I refused to look at the monitor showing the baby.If I saw the baby I would instantly break down. "Looks to me your at least one month pregnant. " My jaw dropped to my chest . I was one fucking month . Oh my god . My anxiety started to kick in.

A nurse came in and assisted the doctor . She placed a fresh tray off metal instruments and a long needle down . "Doing okay ?" The nurse asked placing a warm hand on my shoulder . "I'm nervous ." I admitted bluntly . "Its okay this will go extremely fast." The nurse assured. The doctor was doing something down there . I wasn't exactly sure what she was doing and that only made my anxiety worse .Gabriella what are you doing ? You can't go through this.You can't do this to Justin. This is so selfish of me. Maybe keeping this baby wouldn't be so bad , I just can't do this . "Alright are you ready Mrs.Bieber?" I heard the doctor ask.

Tears streamed down my eyes . I can't do this . "Mrs.Bieber?" She asked again popping her head up . I shook my head no. "No. No. No. I can't do this ." I cried .I started to sit up but the Doctor put her hand on my lower stomach and pressed down. "Okay Mrs.Bieber I'll stop and we can give you some air and start over . A lot of women get nervous like this but its okay. Step out and get air and I'll grab you a bottle of water and we can try this again." The doctor explained. I was now crying like crazy. Before I could think of anything else I got up and grabbed my stuff and ran. "Gabriella ! Gabriella ! Please come back ! " I heard the nurse and doctor yell at me but I didn't turn back. I just ran .
