Chapter 53

Justin's POV
Standing with my back against the hallway wall i pinched the bridge of my nose as I listen to Selena rant over the phone . This shit was getting really annoying . Ever since we got into it at the yogurt shop I tried avoiding her . She had set Gabby into one of her moods where she's just more quiet than usual .
I didn't need her growing suspicious to what was going on and go around watching my every move so I agreed to fly out her bestfriend Carly, the annoying blonde to help keep her occupied .
"Selena listen i will tell Gabby when the time is right . But right now im not telling her anything . She just had a baby a few weeks ago . She doesn't need this stress...yes I know it's my fault damnit...I don't need to listen to this shit.I told you I couldn't make it because I had to go pick up Gabby's friend from the airport now get the fuck over it...fuck it bye ." I hungup the phone and closed my eyes trying to compose myself .
"I thought you were no longer speaking to Selena anymore ?" The high pitched voice made me jump . My heart slowed down when I seen that it was only Carly. "I thought you were minding your own fucking business ." I said calmly narrowing my eyes at her . She put her thin lips in a straight line . "I do mind my business but you have my friend in a silent wreck . Seriously she made it clear that if you guys wanted this to work you wouldn't have contact with Selena ."
I scoffed at the fact she thought she knew this situation. "Gabby is not in a silent wreck . She's just fine ." I shrugged . Carly shook her head . "Your crazy you know that . You don't know shit about her or else you know that Gabby is holding on by just a thread. She told me everything . About the almost divorce, you coming clean about cheating which I already knew of, your drinking problem -"
"Hold the fuck up !" I cut her off . Oh hell no this bitch didn't think she was going to try to tell me about myself . "First off what goes on between Gabby and i is not your business . Yeah we had a rocky start but so the fuck. She's not going anywhere clearly . And I don't have this drinking problem you wanna call it . Your so fucking full of it . You don't know shit so stop acting like you fucking do !" I yelled getting closer to her .
I watched as she blinked those long ass fake lashes trying to blink away any emotion that showed fear but too bad I already seen it in her eyes . "You don't deserve Gabby. Your just a little piece of shit that deserves to be alone . If you don't tell Gabby what the fuck is going on between you and Selena i will gladly tell her all that I know . Including about your little trip in Miami months back with Selena ." Carly smirked .
I laughed darkly . She thought she was going to be able to ruin me and get away with it . Yeah right . She's as dumb as she looks . I got extremely close to her causing her to take a step back and hit her back against the wall. "Your right , you could tell Gabby about how I'm still talking to Selena , you can also tell her about how Miami but don't forget Selena wasn't the only person I seen while down there ." I watched how the color from her face drained . That would seem almost impossible since Carly was two tans from looking like an orange .
It was me that was smirking now ."But how could you forget , you did tell me that I was the best you ever had ." Carly looked like she seen a ghost. I took my thumb and gently ran it down her cheek. "T-That was a horrible mistake . We both had too much to drink and it-" I cut her off by kissing her cheek softly .
"Babe you don't gotta explain it to me . I was there remember. But you may want to explain it to Gabby since your going to do a confession about me ."
Carly's body was completely still and tense . I could hear her breathing slow down as I stared daggers into her eyes while still flashing my famous smile at her . I slowly moved away from her body but still kept the hard gaze .
"What are you guys doing ?" Both Carly and mine heads turn to see Gabby standing in front of the bathroom staring at us ."Sweetheart Carly was just thanking me for flying her out here to spend time with you ." I smiled walking over to Gabby . She was wearing yoga shorts my personal fav , and a tank top . Gabby looked at Carly I guess trying to see if I was telling the truth. Carly still looked like she was scared shitless . "Right Carly ?" I said pulling Gabby closer to me kissing the top of her head .
After Carly blinked a few times she forced a smile before responding . "Yeah definitely .I was really excited to see the baby . She's gorgeous ." I winked at Carly for playing along . I looked down at Gabby who just starred at her friend. "Come baby , let daddy make you something to eat while the baby naps yeah ?" I kissed Gabby's head once more . She tore her eyes from Carly and looked up at me now smiling . "Sounds great baby . Carly you coming ?"
"Yeah Carly , I'll even make you one too ." I smiled at her . "Sure ." Carly replied dryly before walking ahead of us . "What's her deal I wonder ? " Gabby said kissing my cheek . "Who knows babe , maybe she's late for a tanning appointment ." I shrugged . "Shut up ." Gabby laughed slightly hitting my chest . I grabbed Gabby's hand and lead her to the kitchen . I couldn't afford for her too find out anything . I refuse to let Gabby find out anything without me telling her first .
Gabby's POV
"Emery go to Auntie Carly . " I cooed at my daughter placing her in Carly's arms . Carly looked intently at Emery as if she was lost in thought ."Carly everything okay ?" I said softly . Carly looked at me in smiled. "Yeah im fine Gabby . I just can't believe you had a baby . Like you pushed her out of you ." I laughed at Carly. " Yeah I definitely pushed her out. It was a lot of pain but all worth it." I grinned.
We fell into comfortable silence when I decided to break it. " Hey Carly, you think Justin has changed ?" I asked with hesitation . Carly looked at me like a deer in head lights . "W-why are you asking me ?" She stuttered . "Gee I don't know maybe because you were here before when he acted like a total ass hole ." I laughed . This caused Carly to smile .
"Yeah he was an complete asshole . God he acted like he had a dick stuck in his ass !" Carly laughed . "Oh hell yeah . Remember he got pissed cause we drunk his wine ?" I was hysterically laughing now . "God Gabby when I look bad Justin was a complete asshole to you . Now he acts totally different ."
My smile slowly faded. "Yeah he acts way different now and im thankful for how far we came along but I have this feeling Carly . Something's wrong or something is up ." Carly looked hurt when I said that . "What do you think is going on?" She whispered . I shrugged my shoulders .
"I don't know . Cheating ? I wanna believe him when he says it's only me but let's be real . The strange , random calls, random trips , like I don't know . I just know I can't take it if he's cheating again."Carly grabbed my hand and rubbed it . "Listen im here for you ." I half smiled. I just couldn't shake this feeling that I was having . Something is definitely not right at all .
"Sweetheart come to bed ." I looked over my shoulder and seen Justin standing in the doorway shirtless . "Yeah go get some rest . I'll take care of the baby and lay her down ." Carly insisted . "No Carly I can do it ."
"No Gabby im here to help you . Go lay with your husband . The baby will be fine." Carly smiled .
I nodded my head and got up walking over to Justin. Once we were in our room Justin pulled me into bed and kissed my neck repeatedly . Took a deep breath trying to hold down that sick feeling I felt in my stomach .
I wokeup with this sick feeling in my stomach . Before I could process anything I jumped up from bed and ran into the bathroom in our room . I closed the door as i hurled out all the continents in my stomach . I tried not to be loud so that I wouldn't wake him up .
I crawled over to our cabinets and pulled out my tampon box . I closed my eyes and reached inside for the stick . I starred at the pink cross . How could I be so stupid . I just had a baby and now 5 weeks later im pregnant again .
