Chapter 39

Gabby's POV

"Hello Mrs.Bieber . I'm Dr.Lee and I'm going to be your doctor throughout the rest of your pregnancy . How are you today ?" I laid on the bed with my shirt rolled up . My stomach has grown quite big and I definitely look pregnant if I hadn't already before. "I'm fine . Thank you for asking ." I smiled . The doctor returned the smile and sat on the small stool beside where I was laying at rubbing her hands thoroughly with the hand sanitizer .

I laid still and watched as she started hooking up the monitors and began to apply the cold gel onto my stomach . "Is your husband going to be here today ?" I mentally rolled my eyes at the thought of my "husband" . "No . I don't think so -" "Yeah here I am ." My eyes grew large as I saw Justin Cooley walk into the doctors office . He took his shades off and grinned down at me . "What are you doing here?" I asked in annoyance . "Baby I'm here to see you and the baby . I just wanna make sure everything's alright ." Justin grabbed a chair and pulled it close beside me.He took my hand into his and kissed the top . "Awww you guys are so cute ." Dr.Lee cooed . I shook my head . Yeah if you only knew . "Thanks Doctor.Lee . So hows my baby doing ?" Justin smiled his famous , gorgeous smile .

I shivered for a second at the feeling of the cool gel being evenly spread onto my stomach . Justin and I looked at the small monitor that had nothing but what looked like a black tunnel . I titled my head to the side and tried to get a better look at what I was seeing . "And there.....is....your baby ." Dr.Lee grinned . I saw a small like peanut figure appear .My eyes widen and tears started to form . "My baby ." I whispered . I felt Justin grab my hand and lightly squeeze it .

"How-how far along is she ?" Justin stuttered trying to hold back tears . "She's just getting to be 3 months . In just 2more months you'll be able to know the gender ." Justin looked at me and slowly moved a curl out of my face . I looked at his tear stained cheeks . His eyes were soft and of course red and puffy from crying . I couldn't help but feel this feeling in my stomach but at the same time it didn't change the fact for what he done .

"I'll go print these images and go get you the copies and give you two a moment ." Dr.Lee said before excusing herself . Once the door was shut I slowly pulled my hand from Justin's which caused him to look at me with confusion . "Come home ." Justin whispered looking at my stomach . "No . I have my own home Justin ." I sighed . Justin rubbed his hands over his face . "Gabby that's not a home . That's just some last minute place you picked just to get out away from me . Come home so I can take care of you ." Me argued . "I have Jaron to take care of me." I snapped . Anger started to come upon me . "Jaron's not your husband , I am . And I'm telling you as my husband to come the fuck home ." Justin's voice started to rise . "Well you won't be for long ." I mumbled . Justin's eyes started to get dark again .

"What the hell does that mean ? Gabby your still my wife . We're still legally married . Your having my baby . You didn't even tell me about your doctors appointment . Ryan slipped up and told me . Why are you telling everyone else whats going on with the baby but me . I don't care what your saying your coming home !" He was now yelling . "You should of thought of that before you hit me .." Justin stopped breathing for a second . I watched his whole body tense up .

"Okay I got your sonograms ." Dr.Lee said cheerfully . Her face slowly started to fall .I thought she suddenly felt the tense in the air that Justin and I just created when instead her eyes looked over at the monitor . I was still hooked up to it but you couldn't see the baby . I looked at the Doctor starting to become worried . I looked at the monitor . There was nothing there but there was a sound . A low and fast thump thump thump thump thump .I held my breath continuing to listen to the faint sound.

"Something wrong ?" Justin spoke up . The Doctor looked at us than at my stomach . "Dr.Lee ? My baby is okay right ?" I asked biting nervously on my bottom lip. She took at deep breath and looked at both Justin and I . "Listen I know you guys are young, and you both have a lot going on but its important that you both maintain a healthy relationship . That sound is the babies heartbeat. And right now the baby is in stress. Whenever you guys argue and fight it puts stress on the baby.Which is not good because in your early pregnancy miscarriages are common and a huge risk ." Dr.Lee explained . I felt my heart lightly break . I was stressing my baby out . "Your right doctor . I'm going to do everything in my power to take care if her ." Justin assured . "Your the one causing this stress !" I started sobbing . "And like you don't stress me out ?!" Dr.Lee held her hands up silencing us . She gave us each sympathetic looks . "Doesn't matter who or whats the blame . You have to worry about the baby now ." Justin and I both nodded our heads .

Justin's POV

I walked Gabby to her car in silence . It really hurts to know I've been stressing the baby . I didn't mean to . In my defense I didn't even know there was a baby to stress. "Gabby can you please come home ?" I tried one last time . She leaned against her car and faced me . Her hairs ombré now . She changed her hair . "Your hair looks nice that color." I smiled . I watched as she tried to fight the urge to smile back . "Thank you . I changed it a month ago ." She said before bringing her lips into her mouth . God she's so beautiful . I looked down at her stomach . You could definitely tell she's pregnant . "Yeah a month ago . I haven't seen my own wife in a little over a month . Can you please come back ?" I begged . I looked into her eyes while I pouted .

She tried to look away to avoid my eyes. "Justin please ." Gabby looked down at her small swollen feet . "Baby I just want you to be with me ." I saw her flinch when I called her baby . "Justin I'm sorry but I'm not coming back ." She crossed her arms . I hung my head . "But ...I am very hungry and so is your baby . So you could get us chipotle or something ." Gabby slowly said before smiling . My face lit up . I kissed her forehead . And walked her over to the passenger side of the car while I got in the drivers side and drove us .

In chipotle I made sure Kenny met us there . Fans were going crazy and were trying to pile inside to get pictures of us and autographs but out of respect the manager had police show up and make sure that majority of the fans stayed outside of the restaurant instead of all being crowded around us . I got Gabby a bowl while I got 2 burritos . After grabbing her chips and a drink she insisted we eat there . I didn't mind . But because we loved our fans we took many pictures and signed many autographs. A lot of people asked us if we were expecting and at first Gabby became a little uncomfortable with the constant question . So I soothingly rubbed her back and whispered sweet things in her ears to relax her . Sometimes with fans it can be over whelming and she's been pretty good with keeping it a secret .

"Excuse me but I know this isn't any of my business or anything but I couldn't help but notice your slight baby bump and you don't have to tell me or anyone if you are or your not . I just want to let you know I am a big fan of you both and if you are pregnant congrats . I know the baby will be gorgeous ." A young girl said to us . Her words were so sweet and we could tell that she meant it . She looked like she had to be at least 13 years old. I looked over at Gabby . She had tears coming out her eyes . I loved fans like this . I stood up from the metal table and gave the girl a tight hug . Looking at Gabby I talked to her with my eyes . Can we ? She bit her lip nervously and nodded her head . "Can you keep a secret ?" I whispered to the girl . Her blue eyes grew large and she nodded her head . "I'm pregnant ." Gabby smiled through her tears .
