Part 8

~ Flashback ~

~ IshRa Bedroom ~   2am

A loud cry woke Raman, Ishita and Ruhi.
Raman got up and lifted the baby from the cradle. Ishita got up and carried the weeping Ruhi to her room. When Ishita came back a few minutes, Raman stood in the middle of the room rocking the Baby.

The baby had stopped crying.Ishita went into the kitchen and warmed up a baby bottle and went back into the bedroom.

When Raman tried to feed the baby, the baby sucked three times and fell asleep again.

"She has already done that with the last bottle, she sucks three times and falls asleep." said Raman

"That is not enough" said Ishita

"The nurse said we should wake her up and feed her every 2 hours because she does not want to eat by herself. She did not drink much at the hospital either" Raman tried again to feed her, but Anjali slept.

Raman put her back in the cradle and Anjali began to cry. Raman lifted her back into his arms and immediately Anjali stopped crying.

"She is not hungry at all, she wants to be carried." Raman said with a smile

Raman spoke with Baby voice to Anjali..."Princess It's the middle of the night and you have to sleep and so do we."

Ishita knew, that her baby needed closeness.

Raman sat down in the rocking chair and tried again to feed the baby. This time, Anjali drank, not much, but she drank.

Raman looked at Ishita who was sitting in bed..."Where is Ruhi"?

"I put her in her bed"

"Where will you sleep"?

Ishita looked questioningly at him and then she understood..." I will sleep here, you will not bite me right"?

Raman smiled ... "Who knows" ?!

Ishita smiled back ... " I will bite back."

Was his wife flirting with him?

Raman tried to lay the baby in the cradle, but as soon as he did that, she cried aloud...." wow, how can something loud come out of such a tiny person."

Raman looked at Ishita ... "What are we going to do now? I do not dare to take her to my bed. I'm afraid to hurt her"

He sat in the rocking chair with Anjali in his arms and closed his eyes.

"Raman, what are you doing."?

"Sleep"

"On the chair."?

"Hmmmm"

Ishita got up and lay down in Raman's bed ... "I'll sleep in your bed and you sleep with the baby in the big bed."

Raman opened his eyes..." Ok" He went to bed with the baby.

From then on Raman slept with Anjali in the king size bed and Ishita in the single bed. Adi and Ruhi only slept with Ishita when the baby slept with Mamij and Papaji, as the baby's crying woke up both.

Ishita pumped milk for the baby every day, but she did not feed Anjali. Feeding, changing diapers, bathing ... all this was done by Raman or one of the other family members.

How many times did Ishita want to stroke or hold her baby, but her guilty conscience kept her from doing so.

2 weeks later, Raman went back to the office, so Anjali slept at night with Mamij and Papaji in the room. Anjali drank very little milk and It was difficult to feed her.
