"He is dead" Bala said shocked

"What do you mean that he is dead?"Romi asked

Bala looked at Romi and Raman and did not say a word, he was visibly shocked. Romi knelt down next to Bala and felt Subus pulse ... "He has no pulse"

Raman ran his hand through his hair."Let's see if the police are already there"

~ Bhalla House ~

The women sat in the kitchen with Lakshmi and drank coffee / tea. Lakshmi shivered and cried, Vandu had put a blanket over her.

"Did he...... rape you  "? Vandu asked

Lakshmi shook his head...,"No, but he tried it, but I came away from it."

"Such a bastard" murmured Mihika

Ishita felt sick, everything came up again, she saw in thoughts as Subu raped her. Ishita held both hands to her head. No, no ... she did not want to think about it.

Again and again she looked to the stairs, in the fear of one of the children could come down. Maybe they should go to Amma and wait for the police there. Just when Ishita wanted to suggest it, the doorbell rang.

Simmi opened the door, the police were there.  "We were called, what happened?"

"I would say domestic violence" Mihika answers the question

"Who is the victim"

"She is the victim" Mihika pointed to Lakshmi, who was sitting in a chair in a miserable pile. ..."Her husband tried to rape her"

At that moment, Bala and Romi came running into the house ...... "We found Subu"

~ Outside ~

Raman stood with his arms crossed, looking down at Subu. He did not feel sorry for this dog. He got what he deserved. Had he done his wife the same thing he did to Ishita?

"Damn bastard, you had no respect for women and destroyed their life in  minutes, without batting an eyelid."

Lakshmi must have killed him, Raman was sure that it was not a murder. She resisted, but what had she done out here? why was she here with Subu? Raman looked at his watch, by now it was 2:30 am

~ Bhalla House ~

"Where is this dog "? Amma asked

Bala looked to Lakshmi, then to the police. He wanted to talk to the police first. He points the police to come in with. In the living room he told the police that he does not want the wife to go crazy..."Subu is my brother and he is dead, we found him dead. My brother-in-law Raman Bhalla is with him"

Immediately, the police officer called for reinforcements. The police went with Bala to show them where Subu was. Raman was still standing and waiting. Immediately, the police locked the crime scene. Not allowed to be touched anymore.

Raman, Romi and Bala were interviewed when and how they found the body.. It was not long before the forensics was there. Everything has been thoroughly investigated. After the homicide squad arrived, the police went back to the house.

Lakshmi knew immediately that something was wrong. What about Subu? Where was he ? She looked at Bala and asked where Subu was, as soon as he can enter the door.

"Lakshmi I'm sorry, but Subu is dead"?

"WHAT" ?!?!

The women were shocked... Ishita went to Raman and wrapped her arms around him, he holding her tight.
