~ Bhalla House ~

The children were already at school. IshRa was still sitting with the family at the breakfast table when the doorbell rang. Ishita got up to open the door. In front of her stood a courier with a envelope.

"Ishita Bhalla"?

"Yes" she signed and took the envelope...

Law Firm Dhir & Dhir

What was that ? why did she get an envelope from a lawyer? As she returned to the kitchen, she opened the envelope and read the paper.

Order of a DNA test ... Anjali Bhalla ...

Ishita's hands were shaking and the paper fell to the floor.

Raman looked at her, he got up and picked up the paper ... What's wrong?

Raman read the paper..."Damn" he cursed

The family was anxious to find out what was going on

"What does that mean, Raman"? Ishita wanted to know

"This dog wants to file a paternity suit in court and for that he needs proof that he is the biological father of Anjali.." Raman answered in rage

Ishita started crying..."So he wants to sue for custody of Anjali."?

Raman nodded ... "Yes, but this is not an order from the court but only from his lawyer. We do not have to follow this order. I'll call phatak right nosy, this bastard just will not give up."

Mrs.Bhalla hugged Ishita ... "do not worry Puttar, everything will be fine"

When Raman ended the phone call with Phatak, he ran his fingers through his hair and sighed. He returned to the living room and his despair was visible..." We have a hearing with the judge tomorrow morning"

"A hearing "? Ishita asked irritated

"Yes, before the dog can petition the paternity test. This is from his lawyer" Raman held up the paper  "And we will ignore this order, so his next step will be to petition the paternity test by court.But we will not let it come to that"

Ishita had a terrible headache, it was a never-ending nightmare. This psycho actually wanted a paternity test,that would not make him Anjali's father, Raman was her father and no test of the world would change that, but she worried about her daughter.

If it really came to this test, they would have to tell Anjali that Raman was not her biological father. That would break her daughter's heart. She also worried about Raman. He loved Anjali above all else and it would kill him, if something changed between them.

Why did Subu do that? she could not imagine that he was seriously interested in Anjali. She did not think he had father feelings for Anjali.. Ishita was sure that his mother fully supported him in his plan

The family tried to be normal in the presence of the children, but everyone was tense.

Ishita could not sleep half the night and even Raman did not sleep. At 6 o'clock in the morning, Ishita gets up to vomit in the bathroom. She felt terrible, but today was the hearing and she had to stay strong. She could rest later. For breakfast, she drank only one cup of tea despite Raman's words. She could not eat now. She would vomit everything again.

~ Office of the judge ~

Raman's lawyer told the judge the facts. That Subu Ishita stalking and they apply for a restraining order. That he demands a paternity test through his lawyer and scares Ishita and her daughters. Phatak shows the birth certificate of Anjali and Raman Bhalla is registered as a father.
