CHAPTER SIX PT 2: His side

Killua clearly notices the sudden change on the way Y/N acts. It's the reason why he has been feeling quite down nowadays which is really unusual—well, to him at least—because he likes to complain about Y/N being noisy or just plain annoying.
This is just– too much for him. It's weird not being able to hear Y/N scream on his ear, force him to give them a piggyback ride or push him into letting them borrow his homework.
He doesn't mind about it, if he has to be honest, but the fact that they only become silent around Killua and not the others is what bothers him the most.
So when Mito assigned him to buy some stuff with Y/N, he figured that this will be the perfect chance for him to ask Y/N.
"You've been acting weird lately, Y/N. Is there something wrong with you?"
"No, I'm fine. Just a little bit tired from doing all of the chores."
He knows damn well that Y/N's response is nothing but a lie.
He just doesn't want to say it.
So all he does is hum.
