10. Friend or Crush?

*Mitch's POV*

I grabbed my lunch box from the lunch basket and went to look at the list.

Left Side:

1. Bodil

2. Brice

3. Simon

4. Quentin

5. Jerome

6. Adam

Right Side:

1. Ian

2. Seto

3. Dakota

4. Ty

5. Mitch

6.Tyler

Looks like I'm sitting in between the Ty's... Who is sitting in front of me?

I looked back over the list and saw Jerome's name in the 5th spot.

My heart started beating a bit faster than usual but I just ignored it.

I went to my seat and sat down, I turned around to look at the luck line and saw Jerome paying for his lunch.

Ty was standing behind Adam, still in the lunch line waiting for his turn to get his lunch and Tyler was with his grandmother at the visited table.

I saw Jerome coming and I quickly looked at my lunch box and started blushing a tiny bit.

This is what I felt like when I was around my old crush... Is Jerome my new crush?

I shook my head.

Am I gay? (A/N No Mitch, you're bi C;)

Jerome was coming over.

Stay calm Mitch, he's just a classmate, maybe a new friend.

"Hey Biggums!" He smiled and started to open the school's hot lunch.

I looked around and stared at him in confusion.

"It's my new nickname for you." Jerome chuckled and started to drink his milk.

"Oh. Cute bacca." I laughed and opened my lunch kit.

He laughed with me and suddenly stood up and said.

"U-uh, I need to get a napkin." He walked away quickly over to the napkins.

What'd I do?

I thought about it and mentally face palmed and blushed madly.

Why'd I just call him cute?

I looked down and started to get food out of my lunch kit, I opened my applesauce, looked down again and started eating.
