"Meet me at our usual spot in thirty.." Jessica sat on the other side of the phone line, but popped up from her bed, grabbing whatever...As they both walked out of the hotel, Kelsey stopped Paris grabbing her arm, "What!!" Paris aggravatedly started to yell at Kelsey as they were loading up into the car, to rush off.
"Paris we've got to make a stop.. It's somethings, that I can't leave behind..." Kelsey started to speak but Paris cut her off.
"Kelsey I know you love your kids but--" Paris spoke carefully not wanting to offend her best friend as she started the car about to pull off to meet Jessica.
"Paris trust me.. " Kelsey grabbed her elbow to show she meant meant business.
"Fine! Jessica.. Meet you at the place in a couple hours tops.." After hearing the confirmation from Jessica on the phone. She turned towards Kelsey expectantly waiting for a answer of where they needed to go.
Listening to the instructions of Kelsey they drove up into the back of Justine's guest house.
Aside from the hotels she'd escaped to, this was her favorite as she was the only one who went there the most to just get away from the day to day stress.
Getting out of the car with determined steps Kelsey walked over to the hidden key. Opening the front door, then snatching what was left of her dress off, tossing it to the floor without a care in the world. As she moved through the house preparing herself.
Paris watched from afar as she saw Kelsey shimming into a pair of yoga pants. Now fully dressed in a long sleeved Nike, black hoodie - with the matching yoga pants.
"Are you fucking dumb? I would have gave you something to wear.. Kelsey come on.. Why do you have us wasting time, when we gotta find you a place that is not in the same hemisphere as Shamar.." Paris was starting to get upset with her stupidity..
Laughing, "Chill.. I got this.." Getting up from her seat Kelsey got up and walked into the garage, picking up a backpack - then going back into the master bedroom, where Paris stood at the end of her rope.
Kelsey would use the guest house as a way to store some of her stuff. She'd pack a bag of things and stay there until things calmed down always bringing shoes to the property and then 'accidently' leaving somethings behind, when asked where the things where afterwards. It was a known excuse.
Walking into the shoe side of the closet, tossing the bag on the floor then filling the bag with the shoe boxes. When all of the boxes she had selected where loaded up. Kelsey walked over to her part of the sink tossing her toiletry bag into the side pocket of her backpack.
"Let's go.." She holstered the bag to her shoulders more secure ready to walk out.
The drive to the meet up with Jessica didn't take long. Paris pulled into the destination. Giving the car key to the valet person. "You Good over there?" Paris questioned Kelsey as she was getting out watching Kelsey's body language or anything different than expected.
"Even better.." Kelsey spoke as she got out, going towards the trunk grabbing her bag.
Shaking her head, "Did you really go through all that for some shoes?" Paris asked as she lead the way to the front desk, giving the name Jessica held the key under for her.
Smirking, "Yea.." Kelsey responded sarcastically.
Once Paris opened the door to the room where Jessica stood in the kitchen dressed in a yoga outfit looking worried.
"What the fuck.. Why are the both of you here at the same time.. Paris.. Bedroom NOW.." Jessica yelled slamming her cellphone on the counter.
Dropping her bag on the floor. "Wait... " Kelsey stopped them from going into the room, "I just need a way out.. I can take it from there.." Walking over to the fully stocked bar - grabbing a full bottle of Jack Daniels, taking a full shot to the head, plopping down on the couch. Looking as though she was unbothered by the fact her NOTORIOUS HUSBAND was going to kill all three of them.
