Picking up the papers, Kelsey began to look them over .. She was having a hard time believing it was real. She was having a hard time believing Shamar would just let her go like that .. and that easily..

"No catch ?" She asked again, looking over at Paris from across the table for confirmation

"No catch .." Paris replied

"Just like that .." Kelsey said in a disappointing tone ..

"Just like that .." Sighing, Paris repeated her for confirmation.. She took a sip from her drink before sitting up in her seat .. "Doesn't feel how you thought it would feel does it ?" Paris asked as she poured herself some more wine "Yeah, I know .." She finished without waiting for Kelsey to answer ..

Shaking her head Kelsey didn't say anything, instead she pushed her thoughts to the back of her head ..

"I'll go over this later, can we talk for a minute? About us ?" Kelsey asked as she pushed the papers to the side

"What about us?" Paris asked, her face was still blank and for the first time Kelsey could tell how hard their lifestyle had made Paris.. She was almost emotionless, but Kelsey had never recognized it because she was never on the other side, the receiving end until that moment.. she had one foot into the Cartel and one foot out and the displeasure was written all over Paris' face ..

Sighing, Kelsey shrugged "I thought you were for this.. now you're looking at me like I'm doing something wrong .." She said

Shaking her head, Paris sat her glass down "Sasha, take your sister and go to the table over by the window while I talk to your mom.." She said ..

They watched as Sasha took her little sister and headed for the other side of the room .. All while never breaking eye contact with each other .. As soon as the girls were out of ear shot Paris continued..

"No, you're not doing anything wrong .. it's the way you brought him to my house Kelsey !! I don't appreciate that, I don't know him .. maybe you do and that's fine but it's the principle!! I'm still married to Shane, Shamar is his brother, that's the exact same nigga you got pregnant by while you were married to Shamar .." She said

"Paris, he did the same shit to me with Tia .. the bitch was right there in my face, having dinner with us, partying with us and the whole time Shamar was fucking her !!" Kelsey said

"I get that, but Kelsey .. there wasn't any known bad blood between them !! There was no reason for us to think Gee and Tia was out to get us.. Yes, Shamar was fucked up for what he did but after all that happened it should've been a lesson learned for you.. but you still brought somebody who has KNOWN bad blood between them to my house .. without telling me at that !! I delivered on my end of the deal, I made sure your kids were there, I made sure Shamar was there, I got you away from him, I lied to my husband .. only for you to turn around and bring this random ass nigga who just may want to kill my husband .. to my fuckin house !! I would've never done that to you, if you wanted him there while you met with Shamar you should've did that somewhere else and not on my property!! You put me in a bad position.. And you knew I wasn't gonna agree to it, you knew I'd feel some type of way about it because that's the only reason why you didn't tell me who the hell he was in the first place !!" Paris yelled, looking around the room she could tell everybody was looking at her .. Sighing, she closed her eyes as she gathered her emotions .. "I didn't mean to yell, and I'm sorry for hitting you earlier but Kelsey that's just some shit you don't do .. nobody knows where we live and now he does and guess what for that very reason if Shane and Shamar wanted to put one in his skull I wouldn't blame them .. you were the first person to tell me I'll always have a target on my back simply because of who I married .. so what would make you do something so stupid ?!" Paris asked
