Haddock Addition

Chapter 2

Hiccup POV:
"Aneska what is it?! Is Astrid ok?" I say worriedly standing up. "Oh my dear she is more than fine! She's pregnant!" Aneska squeals. "Wait what did you say?" Astrid asks. "My dear! You and Hiccup are going to be parents because you are pregnant!" Aneska says. THe biggest grins spread across our faces, and Astrid started crying tears of joy. "Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I'm going to be...A DAD!" I yell. "Astrid starts jumping up and down, and jumped into my arms and kissed me. I kissed her back, and put my hand on her stomach. "That's our kid!" I say. By now, Aneska had left the room, I think she is escaping me and Astrid's excitement.
I wiped Astrid's tears and I picked her up and spun her around. "I'm so excited!" I shout. "Me too!" Astrid says.
"And no matter what, we are going to do this together!" I say. She smiles.
"Ok we should probably leave so Aneska can have her healers hut back!" Astrid laughs. I grab her hand and lead her out of the room. We were glowing the whole way back to our house.
I opened the door, and let Astrid in.
"So when should we announce it?" Astrid asks patting her flat stomach. "Um tomorrow maybe?" I say. "Oh my gosh Hiccup!" Astrid says. "What?!" Hiccup says worried. "What if we have a girl?" Astrid says. "Um we have a girl?" Hiccup says confused. "The title!" Astrid says. I began to think about it. Berk has never had a female Chief! Our daughter could change that if we have a girl. I walk over to Astrid, massage her shoulders. "If we have a girl. She will be given the title: Heir to Berk," I say. Astrid turns around, smiles and jumps into me. "Thank you Hiccup! She will change everything if we have a girl!" Astrid says. "I think it will be a girl. I don't know why, but I just have a feeling." I say.
"Oooo! I can't wait to pick out names, tell everyone, make the bedroom, get clothes and supplies!" Astrid squeals. She sighs. "This is beyond everything Hiccup. We are adding a member to our family." Astrid says. " man I don't know how I'm going to sleep tonight I'm so excited!" Astrid says. I was so happy for me and Astrid. She wasn't just beautiful, she was glowing.
