(I found inspiration from this. Also, it's like, 12:10 AM, I'm having a blast)
Roman has always had a big ass secret that the others didn't know about, and he doesn't intend for them to find out soon. He sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose, pushing his gold-rimmed glasses up to the space between his nose and forehead, with a deep sigh. He was currently working on a new script for Thomas to act and "tinker with it" as he would say, trying to get it in before the deadline Logan had made for him. Roman had a tough time seeing things that are close up to him, so, when he's working in his room, or alone in general, he would put on the glasses so he wouldn't have to squint all the time.
Roman started rolling a pencil in between his fingers, a thinking habit of his when he gets a creative block. He groaned and dropped the pencil onto the desk without a care and went up to go get himself a cup of coffee, with lots of creamer to get some sugar into his system, and maybe get a snack too while he's at it. It was his off day, so he was also out of his uniform, instead opting for some red plaid pajama pants and a white t-shirt that kind of showed off his abs (not that he really minded though). He opened the red-stained door, stepping out of the room and heading downstairs.
He said a quirky hello to the others, as per usual, and started up the coffee machine. Although, he expected some sort of response back, and looked towards the commons to see Logan, Patton, and Virgil all staring at him with some sort of amazement on their face. It wasn't unusual for them to see him in his pajamas so he couldn't think of a reason why they were staring, until he put his hand up to his cheekbone, his finger knocking into the glasses clumsily.
Oh.
"OH."
Roman panicked as he said this, quickly getting the glasses off his face with a furiously red face, trying to play it off like it didn't happen.
"Roman! I haven't seen you with glasses for years! I didn't know you still needed them!!" Patton was the first to speak, clearly excited that Roman looked fantastic in a pair of glasses, and that he was taking care of himself.
Logan was the second to speak, saying, "Although the gold is a little excessive, I do believe that you do look very stylish in that pair of glasses." Roman gave off a warm smile at the compliment that Logan gave him, but remembered the smaller, anxious trait that was sitting on the table, eyes wide as saucers, headphones on as per usual, mouth gaping a bit.
"I uh..... you look like a nerd now..." Virgil mumbled with an insult, and Patton gasped, telling Virgil to apologize right that instant. "No, it's alright, Padre. Virgil is simply flustered at how good I look in my spectacles.~" Roman muses, giving off a warm chuckle, finishing making his coffee, and grabbing a plate full of fruit.
He walked by Virgil and said, "Not to mention that Virgil's fashion magazines pushed me forward to wear them more often, you can thank him." It was kind of a lie, but not totally. He saw a South Korean fashion magazine in Virgil's room when he went to go hang out, noticing that most of the Korean males had all sorts of glasses upon their very handsome features. Roman sauntered back up to his room, content that he made Virgil at least the tiniest bit flustered on accident.
Mmm, how he loved to tease the little one.
