Chapter 16

Hello! How are you all doing? I have the next chapter for you all to read. Thank you all for your comments and the support you give this story. I really appreciate all of the feedback. Also, to my readers, please comment and vote. I love seeing all of the comments and would really like to get to know my readers a bit better. Oh, question. I was wondering whose perspective do you like the chapters in. One of the members or third person? I plan on switching, but it is easier for me to write in third person for chapters such as these. Still, if you guys prefer for me to write in Namjoon's or Yoongi's POV, please tell me. Now, let's get onto the new chapter.

"What did you guys find out?" Taehyung asks, "And, where are we going?"

Jungkook nods, "I thought this dude was the one that was threatening us. Why aren't we beating him up or questioning him?"

"Such violence, Kookie," Jin tuts.

Jungkook shrugs, "He threatened us. What did you expect?"

"Alright, so number one. We're going to this address. I found it on the person's desk. We're hoping to get more information from this place," Namjoon says, showing them the post it note.

"The reason we're not currently interrogating this guy is because he did something that makes us a tad bit wary of him," Hoseok explains, glancing out the window.

"Why? I'm sure I could take him," Jungkook states.

Namjoon sighs, "I don't doubt that you could, JK. I'm not so sure you could take on any of his machines though."

"Machines?" Taehyung asks with a confused look on his face.

"Our lives, they aren't real. This person changed time using a machine. He erased our memories. We used to be idols known as Bangtan Sonyeondan," Yoongi explains.

"Isn't that our group name?" Jungkook ask, "Bangtan?"

Jimin nods, "Yeah, the memories, our musicality, and the fact that we recognize one another, all have to do with our real lives. The reason we started to remember and the reason that this guy threatened us is because we were hanging out with one another. The more we spend time with one another, the more we remember."

"Wow, that's wow. I didn't even think that was possible. Wait, why would this person erase an idol group?" Taehyung asks, "I don't think we did anything wrong. I mean we're not mean people. I doubt we were before time was changed either."

"That's why we're going to this location. Maybe, we can find out this person's real name," Jin says.

"Are we almost there, Namjoon hyung?" Jungkook asks, looking out the window.

Namjoon frowns, "I think so. I've just been following the GPS." He gestures to his phone that shows a digital map. It was set up as soon as they were a far enough distance from the apartment complex. The group sits in silence as they drive. "Hey, guys. I was thinking, do we really want to do this?" Yoongi asks.

Hoseok looks at him, "What do you mean, hyung?"

"I mean, do you all really want to continue searching?" Yoongi questions.

Jimin frowns, "Yeah, why wouldn't we."

"Because of how risky it may be. We don't know what we're going to find. Our lives could be in danger. This guy is no joke. I don't want any of us to get hurt..." Yoongi says.

Namjoon sighs, "I don't know about the rest of you, but I want to find out the truth. I think I need to find out. All that's been happening to us, it seems worth the risk to me. I'm going to continue to investigate. If you guys don't want to join me, I can drop you off back home. I'll just go to the address myself."
