Chapter 37

Hello, ARMY. Things got a bit crazy and chaotic last chapter, didn't it? I promise you that this one will be less so. Hopefully. Most likely. At least, less than the last chapter. As to what is going to happen in this chapter, it's time for our favorite part of every action movie...the evil monologue revealing the villain's big plan. Let's see how our boys are doing.

Namjoon groans as a sour smell hits his nose. He groans louder as he starts to register the throbbing pain coming from somewhere near the back of his head. He shifts a little and groans again as he realizes there are ropes tied around his wrists and ankles. He groans once more as he slowly cracks open his eyes to see his current situation. In an instant, it all comes back to him. Theodore playing them all. The gang appearing and knocking them all out. Them being taken to wherever they are. Namjoon looks to his left and right. He spots his members in similar situations to him. They are all strapped to chairs and they all have similar looks of disgust across their faces. Namjoon grumbles when the smell assaults his nose again. From the looks of it, the boys are in a sewer system. It's nothing special except for the large machine with bright screens and loads of levers behind Theodore. The man is standing there with his eyes narrowed. Namjoon groans one more time for good measure, which seems to piss off the one that brought the group here. "Will you stop your whining!?" Theodore exclaims, "I didn't bring you here and wait for you to wake up, just to hear your stupid groans and moans."

"You didn't have to bring us here at all," Taehyung huffs.

Jimin nods, "And, if you don't want to hear us complain, you could just let us go."

"Funny. I went through all this work just to capture you. Do you actually think I would just let you go the second I have you?" Theodore says.

Taehyung sighs, "It was worth a shot..." Theodore rolls his eyes and walks over to the machine and runs his hand along it. "Isn't she pretty? You all remember her, don't you? You nosy assholes found her in my garage. I had to move her all the way down here, so you wouldn't get your sticky fingers on her," Theodore says, "It worked out though...I was able to make some upgrades. Now, she'll be able to do exactly what I want with ease."

"And what's that?" Jin asks.

"I'm going to change things again," Theodore states, "This time, I'll do it right. I should've done this from the beginning, but oh well. I'll do it now. And you're all going to sit tight and watch." Suddenly, the sound of wood scraping against concrete can be heard. Yoongi is rocking his chair back and forth by shifting his weight. The others watch with wide eyes, hoping that the rapper can actually get free. Theodore chuckles as he watches Yoongi struggle. He shakes his head and calmly walks over. He grabs the back of the chair and stops Yoongi from moving any farther. In an instant, a cold barrel of a gun is pressed to his temple. The pale rapper stiffens and he flinches as Theodore presses harder. The rest of the boys' breaths all halt as they stare at the scene in front of them, helpless. "Don't try anything funny. You're all here because I don't want you causing me trouble while I do my work," Theodore says, "If you do try something...you know what will happen. I got this from my friend Sangsoo and I'm not afraid to use it. I actually wouldn't mind using it either. So, if you want to get shot, I'll be more than willing to grant you your request." With that said, Theodore pushes Yoongi's head hard before taking a step away. He slips his gun back into his pocket and Yoongi glares at the man. The others turn to watch as Theodore goes back to the machine and starts to do things with it. The man presses buttons and eyes various screens. The boys flash each other sideways glances, trying to come up with a plan. They didn't even know what Theodore is going to change. How are they supposed to stop the man from altering the timeline again? How are they supposed to get free? How are they supposed to defeat Theodore and go back to the way things are supposed to be!? "You can't keep changing the timeline!" Namjoon exclaims, trying to stall the man by distracting him with conversation.
