Chapter 27

Hello, my wonderful readers! We are back with another chapter. I expect this one to be a little shorter and it's pretty much just to show how the boys are recuperating after being in a coma and remembering. I hope that you all enjoy it. Thank you once more for all the support you've given the story. I wanted to know is there any moments you would've wanted me to highlight, like specific memories that BTS could possibly have. Tell me your thoughts in the comments. Now, let's get onto the chapter.

The group gather around in the hospital cafeteria a few days later. Jin has still not been admitted out of the hospital yet, after all he has been in a coma for over a month. Pretty much two months. He would be in the hospital for a couple more days at least. The boys hasn't had enough time to speak about the things they went through and decide on a course of action. They always seemed to be interrupted. They decided to choose a day and wait until late at night. That's how they ended up in the empty cafeteria, crowded around a medium sized table. "How are you feeling, Jin hyung?" Jungkook asks.

"I'm fine, Jungkookie. I just want to get out of here as soon as possible. I feel useless sitting here all day," Jin says with a guilty expression, "I should be out there trying to help research on a way to fix the timeline."

"Don't worry about it," Namjoon states, "It's not like any of us are doing much outside of this place either." The others all agree and a solemn silence falls over the group. "Well, let's look at this on the bright side," Hoseok says, "We all remember now. We're all awake and...uh..."

"There isn't much bright side," Yoongi huffs, "We're literally battling the timeline at this point. We have no idea where Theodore is. We don't even know for sure if we're going to get our real lives back. We could be stuck here, guys. Forever." The group falls silent again, not having thought of that before. "We won't let that happen," Taehyung says, "We can't let it happen. We need to get back to our real lives. We can't give up."

"Let's stop worrying about this now," Jin says, "I want to know what you all went through to remember. I was stuck in this weird house of sorts and behind every door was a different memory."

"I was in some sort of room that had different sections dedicated to each of you. There were pictures of each one of you in different places and looking at them helped me to remember," Jimin explains.

Yoongi sighs, "I was in this music studio. Now that I think of it, it was our old studio from before we debuted. I listened to a bunch of different audio files on my computer and it brought back memories."

"There was this greenhouse with a bunch of flowers. I connected the meaning of the flowers to different moments in our real lives," Taehyung explains, "I remembered everything after that."

"I was in this open field with a bright blue sky. I was cloud watching and the clouds would become these symbols or images from our real lives," Hoseok says, "I got my memories back from those clouds..."

Jungkook looks at the others, "I was at a beach and the sounds of the waves would also make sounds from our real lives. I pieced together the sounds with the actual timeline and it all sort of fell into place.

"I was in this endless mountain and it was raining. Puddles started to form on the ground and in the reflection of each were moments from our lives," Namjoon says, "Those images were how I got my memories back." The others all nod their head as each of them speak. Their stories are all fairly similar. "In other words, we went through a lot of whimsical shit," Yoongi states.

"Basically," Jimin says, "Who knew that all it took was for us to fall into comas to remember?"

Jungkook scoffs, "Jokes on Theodore. Because of him, we know the truth and we're definitely coming after him." The others voice their agreement before dying down quickly. "We remember everything. We remember auditioning for BigHit and going to America. We remember BTS and all about our real lives. Yet, I feel more stuck now than I ever felt before," Hoseok mutters, "Even when we didn't know if we would debut or not, it wasn't this bad. Even when we started getting threatened by Theo. It's like we've hit a wall and I just don't know where to go."
