Chapter 28

Hello! I am back with another chapter. This one should also be fairly short. Nonetheless, I hope that you like it. That's all I have to say, so let's get into it!

"Is he still following us?" Jungkook asks from the middle seat.

"Yup," Jin answers, glancing at the rear view mirror.

"Darn it," Jungkook says, "I thought we lost him at that last turn..." The group is once again jammed into the car and are making their way to the garage. Jin was released from the hospital yesterday. The others insisted Jin rest, but the older said that they had check out Theodore's places as soon as possible. Thus, them being in the car. "Don't say it like that, Kook," Jimin says, "We should be thankful that Wonho is tailing us."

"Why?" Jungkook mutters, "I don't need a babysitter."

"You're starting to sound like Yoongi hyung," Taehyung says, "It's better safe than sorry. We don't know what we're going to expect when we go to the garage and apartment."

"We've been there already," Yoongi pipes in, "I don't think anything special is going to be there. The only difference is that it will be empty."

"Theo had time to change things," Hoseok says, "He could've booby trapped the garage or his apartment."

"That's not possible," Yoongi replies.

Jin tuts, "Say that to the house that fell on our heads and put us into comas." Yoongi huffs and leans back in his seat. "I still don't understand why Wonho needs to trail us," Jungkook states, "Theodore already got us once. He doesn't need to get us twice. Not to mention, there isn't anything in the garage and the apartment, according to Namjoon hyung's men. He's just going to get in the way..."

Namjoon sighs, "We should be lucky he let us go at all..."

"Yeah...who knew that Wonho could go all protective momma bear helicopter parent person," Taehyung says.

Yoongi shakes his head, "I don't even know what you just said."

"You're just going to have to deal with him, Jungkook. He won't get in the way. That was a part of the deal," Jimin says, "He trails us, but stays out of whatever we're doing."

"Fine..." Jungkook says, "I just have an odd feeling about him..."

"You don't think he's working for Theodore, do you?" Hoseok asks. Yoongi slaps him and Hoseok looks at him with wide eyes. The man rubs his arm and gives Yoongi a hit puppy look. "That's a stupid question," Yoongi says, "He's a part of Monsta X in the actual timeline. He's not some evil conniving butt. Jungkook just feels like he's a threat because he has bigger muscles than him."

Jungkook pouts and crosses his arms, "That isn't true..."

"Your face says otherwise..." Yoongi scoffs. Jungkook's eyes widen and his jaw drops. "Hey!" He exclaims, "You can't attack me! I'm your dongsaeng!"

Yoongi rolls his eyes, "Yes and I'm you're hyung. Do you just yell, hey, at your hyung?" The others in the car shake their heads, but don't do anything to stop the two. They would figure it out. Soon enough, the car pulls to a stop. They're at the garage again and they all pile out. They make their way to the one from last time. Jimin bends down, holding the lock in his hand. "What are you waiting for?" Jin asks.

"Are we sure this is the right one?" Jimin asks, "And...uh...what's the passcode?"

"It doesn't matter if it's right or not. We can try them all again if it isn't," Namjoon states, "The code is four, twenty-eight, and three."
