Makyah

I'd woken up the next morning sore as hell and confused.

Zai had been knocked cold next me, sprawled on his back, one arm supporting his head.

I peaked under the sheets confirming my suspicions-I'd been butt ass naked.

What have I done?

In a panic, I quietly rolled out of his bed, throwing one of his T-shirts on.

Once I'd been decent, I rushed upstairs. Opening my bedroom door, choking back a curse-Mani and Cedes were soundly sleeping in my bed oblivious to my troubles.

I shut the door behind me, instead choosing to go into the guest room next to my room on the right.

Once in, I locked the door, rushing into the shower.

The hot water had felt so good on my strained muscles. And as I thought about the cause of it, my core clenched, in need.

Absolutely not, I couldn't let that happen again. I didn't care how good it felt.

He'd been so perfect last night-way too big-but perfect nonetheless. I sighed, dreamlike.

Slanging dick like that, I knew he'd had to have a couple stalkers on standby waiting for him to call.

Shit, I know I would, if we lived in another time. More flashes of last night, appeared as I showered, making my heart race.

How was I going to be able to look him in the eyes after that...

"Kyah, you my best friend." He had warned me, but I ignored him. "And I'll always be no matter..." I scoffed.

Good luck with that, my mind whispered. He would never look at me the same and vice versa.

My heart restricted, so many "What if's?" weighed me down. I'd just sabotaged our friendship, for one bomb ass fuck, for why?

I got out of the shower, now I'd have to walk around with a cloud over my head, not knowing what to do.

It'd still been fairly early, so after sneaking into my room and dressing up, I'd gone downstairs to clean things up.

Starting with the living room, I picked up snack bowls and any stray cups. It'd seemed like somebody had already gotten the majority of cups-Zai, I'd assumed.

After wiping any table surfaces and clearing trash, I started to vacuum.

The vacuum wasn't loud, so I hadn't worried about waking anyone in the house.

After that I'd gone outside, same thing there too. Someone had cleared all the cups and trash.

All that'd been left was to fold up any extra chairs and game tables that'd been left out.

There hadn't been much to clean in the kitchen besides a few spills here and there. So I started with the dishes, then I worked my way to cleaning the counter tops and then mopping the floor.

When things had been done I'd gone upstairs, dropping dead asleep in the guest bedroom.
