Vic's p.o.v:
"So do I get to know what we're doing for our two month anniversary?" Kellin asks, our hands swinging back and forth as we walk past the small stores lining the streets.
"If I told you it wouldn't be a surprise now would it?" I grin.
"Come on, babe" he wines. "You know I'm impatient."
"It's next week, Kells. You don't have to wait that long to find out, just hold on okay? It will be worth it I swear."
"You're lucky I like you so much." The taller boy chuckles. He stops walking to give me a quick kiss on the lips, a simple kiss to show that he agrees with me and his impatient ass is actually willing to wait that long.
"I guess I am." I grin at him. I don't say anything or move, just stare at him like he's the most gorgeous painting I've ever seen.
Kellin just smiles at my actions, meekly pulling a piece of hair behind his ear. A simple, cute gesture that makes my stomach flutter and my cheeks heat up. A new feeling emerges in my chest as well, a new feeling, like someone is hugging my organs.
"What?" He asks shyly, his eyes avoiding mine.
"Nothing, you're just really fucking beautiful."
His cheeks turn bright red in the blink of an eye, his gaze focused on his shoes as he grins widely, that organ hugging feeling getting stronger in my chest as I look at him.
"We should um... We should hurry up, my dad's going to be at Alex's soon." He dismisses my compliment without a second thought.
He tries to walk away, but I pull him back towards me, my hand still in his like it has been for the past two hours. "Why do you always do that?"
"Do what?" He asks, trying to walk away from me again.
"Whenever I compliment you or say something nice you're so quick to change the subject." I tell him as I pull him back. Gently of course.
"What? I don't do that." He argues, his face riddled with confusion.
"Yeah you do!" I nod.
"Oh come on, I do not do that."
"Oh really?" I challenge, my eyebrows raised.
"Really" he challenges back.
"...You have the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen."
He looks me dead in the eyes for as long as he can but he cracks after a few long second, looking away from me in embarrassment, his cheeks tinted with a dusty pink color.
"I really should get to Alex's house before my dad gets there."
"Kellin... Kellin look at me, please."
Sighing, he finally looks me in the eyes, that lovely twinkle that's always in his blue orbs gone, his eyes glassy. "Yes Vic?" He asks, sounding defeated as he mumbles his words.
"You're beautiful." I declare, my voice stern but still sincere.
"Vic-" Kellin starts, trying to look away from me again.
"Kellin" I interrupt. Putting my hand on the side of his face, I slowly turn his head to look at me, our eyes locking. "You. Are. Beautiful. And if I have to tell you every single day until you believe me, then I will. I wish you could see yourself the way I see you, because you're absolutely stunning."
"I-" he tries to speak but it comes out more like a squeak. He tries to get more words out, but instead of words it's tears that come out. His breath gets shaky as he looks at me, small tears trailing down his face.
