23. Bro Time

Vic's p.o.v:

"Alright guys, Kellin and Justin will be here soon. So everybody calm down!" I announce to the group.

"We are calm" Alex retorts.

"Yeah, if anyone needs to calm down, it's definitely you, bro." Mike adds, putting his hand on my shoulder.

"Alright, I admit I'm really nervous, but why wouldn't I be? Justin is Kellin's best friend, what if he doesn't approve of me."

"You remember what Kellin said, Justin's just as nervous to meet you as you are to meet him. Don't worry about it, really. I promise you that Justin will like you, you're pretty awesome... For a short guy"

"You're lucky I'm too nervous to punch you, you stupid giraffe man." I smile a bit.

"I'd like to see you try... Leprechaun." He replies smugly.

A knock at the door stops me before I can make a comeback, not that I had a good one prepared anyway.

I nervously glance at the group before hesitantly answering the door, a smiling Kellin happy to see me and Justin looking just as nervous as I feel, waiting behind it.

Kellin immediately greets me with a kiss, earning a small sarcastic "ew" from Justin as he brushes past the two of us.

Kellin pays him no mind, leaning in and kissing me again, a content smile on his face while he does.

A small awkward cough interrupts us. We both turn in unison to see where it came from, seeing Justin standing in front of the group, the boys observing him. Can't say I blame them, we've heard so much about Justin, yet we've never actually seen what he actually looks like.

Well except that one time when he faced timed Kellin while I was in my underwear. Not the best first impression I've ever made, and sadly, not the worst.

"Kellin's told me so much about you guys" Justin starts. "I heard he played quite the match maker with you two" he nods towards Jack and Alex.

"Yeah, he's like a modern day cupid" Alex laughs.

"He's been that way for years. He actually set me up with my first girlfriend, 'member that Kellin?"

"With brace face Grace in seventh grade?" Kellin asks, peeling away from my embrace to stand by Justin, not that I'm jealous or anything...

Okay maybe a little.

"That'd be the one" Justin laughs, Kellin joining in soon after.

Me and the rest of the guys awkwardly stand there, not knowing who they're talking about.

"Sorry, we're getting distracted" Justin shakes his head at himself. "I also heard that Mike and Tony are as close as me and Kellin... That's pretty damn close."

I sure fucking hope not. If Justin and Kellin are as close as Mike and his fuck buddy are, we're going to have a big problem.

Which reminds me, I totally forgot to tell Kellin about me walking in on them. I was going to tell him this morning when I came in through his window, but I didn't have much time before the door bell was ringing and I was told I had to leave.

I'm pretty sure Mike doesn't want me going around and telling everyone what I had seen, but come on, I tell Kellin everything. Plus as we have learned, Kellin's pretty damn good at keeping secrets.

"And last but not least, porcupine head."

"Really, of all the ways you could have described me you choose that?" Jaime directs at Kellin, amusement in his tone.
