"Ugh" Taehyung groaned, dropping the bag filled with a large variety of Christmas tree decor.

"Hey hey, be gentle, the ornaments might break" you warned softly.
"So might my back" he muttered, leaning to stand up again.
"Stop being such a baby" you scrunched your nose, shaking your head at him.
He mirrored your actions and you giggled.

"Ok. Where do we start?"

You two glanced around the empty, dull downstairs floor in all its non-christmasy glory.

"Man we're gonna have a lot of work to do" Taehyung whispered.

"TAN GET BACK HERE!"

  Your hands shook out of surprise and the glass ornament almost fell out of your hands to shatter on the floor, however you luckily caught it before $12.99 went down the drain.

  You heard the hurried skidding and thumping of socks against the wooden flooring.
Avoiding the situation you were to be in if you went to inspect what was going on, you continued mindlessly with your task, humming while putting the ornaments on the tree until a sudden bang was heard.

"TAN! STOP IT"

Your eyes went up as you took a deep breath.
You turned around, "What is-"

A gasp escaped your lips, "NO NO NOT THE TREE" your arms went out, protecting your almost finished Christmas tree.

Taehyung was just about to catapult himself under the tree to catch a wild, on-the-loose Yeontan but halted when you were in the way.

"Y/N QUICK MOVE!" He warned.
"WHAT IS GOING ON?!"

*bark*

"That little-" Taehyung hissed, lifting his finger.

*bArk BArk*

"HE HAS SANTA!" He exclaimed.
Your face fell, more than confused, "he..uh..w-what?"

"HE HAS THE SANTA ORNAMENT THAT WAS ON SALE!"

"O-k.."

"HE'S GOING TO EAT SANTA!"

*bark*

"Let me get it back" you proposed.

"He's not going to listen-"
