Theo's pov

My phone started to buzz so I picked it up
"Hello?"
"Hey it's Malia...we made up so I'll get my stuff later but I'm staying with her tonight." Malia sounded happy,
"Yeah no problem." I said chuckling a bit as I heard Kira squeal. The line went dead, Weirdos, "Hey can I stay here for tonight? I kinda don't have anywhere to go." Jack said looking at me, "Ugh can't you just make one I mean you have magi-." I cut Liam off because he was being a complete asshole, it's not like we're gonna fuck. "Yeah no problem did you need to borrow some clothes?" I asked and he shook his head.

"I can make clothes appear on my body but I haven't really been taught how to make a place appear so uhm sorry about that Liam." Jack said walking out of the room with Brett right behind him. "What was that about?" I turned to look at Liam with an eyebrow raised, "You get to keep him around but if I wanted to keep Jake around that's not okay." Liam rolls his eyes, "Hmm maybe it's because Jack didn't manipulate me into cheating on my boyfriend and hmm made me cheat emotionally then hmm I don't know let him fuck me." I said walking out of the room.

"Theo Wait." Liam touches me, "No, wait Liam you act like what I did was the end of the world. When you know it didn't mean anything but you can go off and have a whole other relationship and I don't get to be like 'oh I Hey Jake did this better than me' like yeah i get it Liam I slept with jack did I regret it? Yes and we agreed to just be friends because that can happen." I said rolling my eyes I needed something, anything. I'm just gonna work out. I grabbed my keys and walked out of the apartment.

Liam's pov

"Liam you do realize that what you did is way worse than what he did, right?" Stiles looked at me, I didn't say anything, "Because it is, you hurt him so much and you couldn't even see it for how blind you are. You didn't just hurt him but you broke his trust and you hurt your son who is now a lot more confident and strong after spending what? Like 2 days with just Theo... I hate to break it to you but you don't have the right to be mad." He said sitting down on the couch, "I know, I just- I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm so fucking mad at myself I ruined everything." I started crying.

When I heard Theo come back in, he didn't actually leave. He rushed over to me, "Hey why are you crying?" He asked
Why is he still so nice to me after everything I've done, "I hate myself for what I did, I broke the family...I broke us." I cried there's nothing I can do to take it back nothing! I felt his strong arms wrap around me and I hugged him back
"Baby it's fine, I told you we can work on it I promise." He unwrapped his arms from me and kissed me. He pulled away and tapped on his bracelet, "Well thank god you made up." He said as he appears
"Magnus thank you so much for coming sell the old house... do you think you could get us a new one? With a new wardrobe for Liam." Theo said and I watched as Magnus disappears.
"Everything will be put behind us and soon we came move forward I promise." He said grabbing my hand.
We sat down and I rested my head on his shoulder god I'm sorry Theo.

*time skip 1 year later*

Theo's pov

"Baby!! Come back to bed!" Liam whined,
"I've gotta make coffee. I've gotta go soon babe, I've gotta wake up Nol and Gabe. They have morning classes unlike you because you're lazy and don't wanna see your boyfriend when he gets home from work." I said pretending to be sad and I left the room. I knocked on Nolan's and Gabe's room door. Then walked over and knocked on Jacks door. He's been living with us since he had a big fall out with his brother after the whole Liam issue, "Jack you ready?" I asked and he walked out, "Yeah I guess but I just got back from classes since I go to collage in New York..." He said looking confused I rolled my eyes.

"Ever try working out?" I asked and he snorted while shook his head, "Hell no...I kinda like my figure." He said looking down, "You'll still have it just with a little muscle." I said and he nodded, "How about shopping?! We could shop in uhm oh New Jersey!" He looked excited and I didn't want to say no, "Fine, but I want coffee and food first...I've also gotta work...and so do you." I said and he nodded, "I'll meet you down at the diner." He smiled and disappeared. What am I gonna do with that boy? Edna... I miss her every second of the day. She passed away last year and surprisingly left me running the diner. So I'm able to pay for Liam and Nolan's collage.
Thank god.

I walked into the kitchen and started the coffee, "I love you babe and I do wanna see you when you're off from work...you don't even have to go because you own it." Liam said, "Then what would I do while you and the children are at school? Also I bring in the customers with my charm and looks." I chuckled a little at the last part, "I guess you're right." He kissed my cheek, "Dad! Gabe won't let go of me." Nolan whined rubbing his eyes, He managed to get fully clothed but he still looked so tired. I shook my head,
"I've got a surprise for all of you later!" I said and all their eyes went wide.

Usually my surprises are very good. Liam's mom still sends in money which helped me out, "Oh look at the time we've gotta run boys lets go!" I said and I grabbed my keys watching as they all ran out. I locked the door and drove them to their place then tapped on my bracelet
"How can I help you?" Magnus looked a little angry and his shirt was open. So I could guess why he'd be mad, "So sorry to bother you first I need a hot outfit for work it's been a little slow lately second we need a house with 4 or 5 bedrooms and preferably 3 bathrooms and transfer the furniture if you can." I said and Magnus' eyes went wide, "Are you finally gonna do it?" He asked and I nodded.

"I managed to get the ring off his neckless while he was sleeping." I said and Magnus quickly disappeared then reappeared,
"I've done everything! I'm so happy for you." Magnus said before quickly changing my clothes, "Thanks Magnus it's taken a little time but this is the right time I can feel it." I smiled at him and he nodded before disappearing.

*time skip because y'all don't wanna hear about Theo doing work*

I was driving to our new place but Nolan noticed we weren't going home, "Dad where are we going?" He asked, "Well to the surprise." I said turning into a dirt road and driving till we reached our new house that was in the woods. Suddenly I got a text and so I parked and checked my phone.

M.B.: it's more than what you asked

T: thank you so much! But i don't think I'd be able to pay everything off right now the house is a lot plus college for Nolan and Liam

I shut my phone off, "Okay everyone out." I said getting out and locking my truck.
Suddenly Jack appeared at the door in a white tux and red roses made a path into the house. So I pushed Liam a little so he'd follow it and he did, it led right in the middle of the living room that had a white carpet. My clothes turned into a white tux but some things were red. I took the ring from my pocket and dropped down to one knee, "Liam a year ago from today was the most pain and happiness I've ever felt in my entire life, each and everyday I spend with you is truly magical and I wouldn't trade any of it for the world. We've made our mistakes but I'm ready to move on and I'm ready to hold you close to me for the rest of my life...Liam Jason Dunbar will you marry me?" I asked holding the ring out.

I looked up at him to see that he was crying, "I'd love to." I slipped the ring onto his finger. I got up and kissed him,
"Gabe if we get married I want you to say something cute like that if you propose." I heard Nolan tell Gabe who just chuckled and said "Anything for you, love."
Today... today was a day to remember today is the day that Liam Dunbar said yes
