(Y/n) POV:

I woke up today thinking, 'oh what a wonderful day I'll have!' but now I'm seriously second guessing myself.

It all started as I walked into the school, late might I add. My rushed pace took me to my respected classroom but I ended up stopping. "Hey..." The voice of my biggest enemy stopped me in my tracks, Susie. She was cornering someone and holding him or her by their throat, pushing them against the lockers and I couldn't see who it was. "Quiet people like you, piss me off." I slowly edged closer. "You think that just because you don't say anything, I don't know exactly what you're thinking?" I was just about ready to sink my teeth into her fucking arm for hurting another student.

I was too focused on not making a sound that I didn't hear all that she said. I heard bits and pieces like about her eating the chalk and getting expelled. Then my eyes widened. "C'mon Kris, don't act shocked... You know it's true. Everyone's waiting for it, everyone wants it." Anger swelled inside. "So, you got me... But since I know you're going to pull the trigger... how about I cause some real carnage?" She began to pull him closer to her face. My anger snapped and I took action. "SUSIE! PUT HIM DOWN!" I yelled, charging at them. Her mouth closed and her hair bounced in surprise. She dropped Kris and prepared for my attack.

I jumped from the floor, bouncing off the wall and landed on her back, swinging her around and throwing her to the end of the hall. "Don't EVER, come near me or Kris again." I growled and turned my attention back to Kris and helping him off the floor. A soft pink dusted his face as I checked his neck for any injuries. "Tch, asshole." Susie was walking back over to us. I emitted a low growl. "Calm the fuck down, Kris just needs to go with me to get the chalk, Otherwise Alphys is going to kill us." I huffed and nodded my head. Susie got the message and started walking away, not making any snarky remarks.

We made it to the closet, but every time we edged closer, a dark aura seemed to get stronger. "Okay, let's just get the chalk." Said Susie with her never-ending pride. Right as she got near the door, it slammed open, a black background and hazy glow was the only thing inside. "U-Um... Kris, how about you go first?" Susie questioned. Kris shook his head and backed up into me. I put a hand on his shoulder. I knew that this place. The nightmare of Kris's mind. (A/n: I'm going off the Game Theory episode about Deltarune.) "Fine, I'll go. But you two are following right behind." I stated, grasping Kris's hand into mine and leading him inside with Susie following cautiously.

We walked into the closet, nothing visible except for scattered papers and pitch-black nothingness. All three of us began to look to for a light switch. "Is it me or is this closet really big?" I gave Susie a questioning look. "What? It goes on forever!" as we looked, Susie threw her hands up and defeat. "Okay. If Professor Alphys wants that chalk so bad then she can get it!" She ran to the door, but it closed. Out of rage, she pounded on the door, trying to break it with her fists. "LET US OUT!" her angry yelling got us nowhere. "SUSIE STOP!" I shouted, making her drop her arms to her sides. "WHAT!?" Before she could continue, the floor quaked and the papers shook.

I felt Kris grab my hand as the floor seemed to disappear from right under out feet. I held Kris close as we fell to uncharted land.

TIME SKIP

A pair of small hands shook me awake from my little catnap. With a large yawn, I sat up, looking at my surroundings. It seemed to be an underground area cause' there was no light in the sky, we could really only see the pathway. Again, I felt something touch me, I looked over. "Kris?" I asked curiously, he looked different, like really different. His skin was hinted blue and his hair was black yet it still managed to cover his eyes. A red scarf covered his right shoulder and shiny silver armor went over a deep navy blue long sleeved shirt and leggings. (A/n: just go with it) He also had a wooden sword on his back. "What happened to you?" He chuckled, ignoring my question and pointed to the rest of my body. "What are you-" I looked down and a dark blush engulfed my face as I saw what I was wearing.
