There were apparently various types of spirit rings that includes weapon ring spirits, beast ring spirits and magic ring spirits.

The most common ring spirits are the weapon ring spirits then followed by the beast ring spirits then magic ring spirits. The weapon ring spirits is an orange ring, the beast ring spirits is green and the magic ring spirits is purple.

The weapon rings have two types; the normal ring spirits and the shifting ring spirits. The normal ring spirits are only one type of weapon like a bow, lasso or swords whilst the shifting ring spirits is much rarer because the user has the ability to change their weapons whenever they want to, they can only have two weapons to choose from though and the chosen two weapons depends on the person's luck.

Next up is the beast ring spirits, the beast ring spirits has a lot of varieties; the flying beasts, the water beasts, the underground beasts, the lightning beasts and the legendary beasts.

The legendary beasts are something that is super rare that only a few people in this whole world have it and it was said that even the legendary beast can transform into two types of beasts; its true form and another form to hide its true form.

The last one is the magic ring spirits that is classified into only two categories; the white magic and the black magic. The magic ring spirits are much more rare than getting the legendary beasts and only the Lord of the Underworld has both types of magic.

The white and black magic can disfigure a person with just a simple wave of their hand and they can even manipulate their own ring spirit into a weapon type or a beast type.

This made Lu Miyan more determined to get to the red level. Because she was a doctor, she has great memorization skill and therefore she quickly understood everything in the book.

She stretched her arms and twisted her body to make it less tense, she walked to the bathroom and prepared herself a herbful bath (Q/N: get it? Helpful bath? No?).

She grabbed her robe and her towel then put them on a dry place, she dropped her dress to the floor then she settled herself in the warm bath and closed her eyes to enjoy the feeling of getting rid of the chill, even for just a moment.

She stayed there for about thirty minutes again and then she carefully stood up from her bath and dried her body, she applied cream on her body and face then put on her garments.

She grabbed a hairtie from one of her drawers and put her hair up so that she can sleep without her hair slapping on her face, she didn't notice that Xu Min was sitting there and was peering at her.

Xu Min was intrigued by her because she didn't seem to act like her but he was definitelt sure it was her, the features on her face was same as her but their personalities are polar opposites from each other.

Xu Min was so engross in his thoughts that he didn't notice the piercing stare that Lu Miyan directed to him. Lu Miyan averted her gaze from him to the yellow jade that he gave to her earlier.

She assumed that he would be gone for at least a couple of days but he was only gone for hours and had handled that business he was taking care of.

"Xu Min, why'd you come back so soon?"

"Because i missed you." He answered bluntly and even Lu Miyan was surprised at his straight-forward answer.

He missed me? He's only been gone for almost a day though?

Lu Miyan picked up the yellow jade and showed it to Xu Min to which made Xu Min's face light up in delight, thinking that she was appreciative of the gift.

Xu Min assumed that she would ask about the jade and he had even formed an explanation in his head but what she asked was something he didn't think she would ask about.

"Do you have a spirit ring?"

His throat seemed dry but he still forced the words out of his mouth. "Yes, i do."

"Can you show it to me?"

Since she haven't seen a ring spirit before, even in Old Lu Miyan's memories so she wanted to see what it looked like when the spirit ring is formed.

Xu Min raised his right porcelain hand up and there was a green ring wrapped on one of his finger, Lu Miyan walked closer to inspect it that her hair was in front of Xu Min as Lu Miyan bent down to examine the spirit ring.

Xu Min can smell the strong herb scent, for some reason, it made him more comfortable of being in close proximity to a female and he even wanted to lean closer.

Lu Miyan didn't touch the ring or his skin but just silently scrutinised it and watched as a white spirit was floating inside the ring, it was clear that the white spirit swirling in the ring was the beast spirit.

After a couple of minutes, Lu Miyan raised her head and moved away because the short distance between them only reminded her of the kiss that occured in their first meeting.

Xu Min, however, fell into a daze when he saw Lu Miyan's eyes and he even had to control himself from closung the gap between them. His face had a hint of red that he looked away to the side from Lu Miyan to quickly calm himself down before he does something that he would regret.

"What type of beast spirit ring do you have?" Lu Miyan questioned, not noticing the sudden change of attitude of the poor guy and then sat at the edge of her bed.

Xu Min whipped his head when she inquired and draped his body on the chair lazily, his head tilted as strands of his black hair fell to his face, making him look like a demon king from how devilishly handsome he was.

Lu Miyan didn't heed any attention to his handsome and regal posture and instead gave her attention to the fox that was craving for her affection and so she also didn't notice the slowly darkening face of Xu Min.

He would rather pay attention to her pet than me! He complained in his mind and made a note to have no second thoughts of throwing this sly fox out of the window.

"I have a legendary beast."

She wasn't a tad bit stunned or havint encountered someone owning one of the rarest spirit type ring and was more curious of what his beast actually looked like but when she was about to ask, she remembered that she asked her too much questione for today and just laid down on her bed.

"Are. . .you going to sleep here?" She hesitated.

She heard a 'hm' of confirmation and then felt the bed shift from behind her, followed by him turning off the light. The bed dipped more when he laid down.
