Xu Min was sitting and looking at the landscape of the outside world from Lu Miyan's window, the moon illuminated the left side of his face and created a faint glow around his body.

Such a magnificent picturesque but no one knew that he was actually waiting for his subordinate's Spirit beast to deliver the news of the Imperial palace.

From the last couple of days, lots of things have happened in such a small period of time that he was worried of how Lu Miyan was feeling and also if she can handle all the things that was being thrown at her.

He felt idiotic for even questioning her IQ, knowing that she can easily dodge these problems and eradicate her enemies with that big brain of hers.

If only she knew how many times he wanted to lash out and extinguish her enemies for her so that she wont get her hands dirty but stopped himself, all because he respected what she wanted.

A few quiet moments have passed before a familiar figure dashed and his eyes brightened, he glanced at the bathroom to see that it was still closed and opened the window to make the cheetah enter.

The cheetah jumped in and placed the letter on the floor, Xu Min waved his hand and the letter floated from the ground and opened itself, revealing the soft writing of Chi Wen.

The letter explained the discussion between the Crown Prince and Lu An'yu to the Crown Prince and the Third Prince, it even recorded the entire conversation the Crown Prince had with the two people.

When Xu Min finished reading it, he closed it back up and put it in his Spirit space, a spirit space is like an inventory which stores everything aside from living creatures.

Every person has their own Spirit space but the limit that their Spirit space has depends on their rank and level, you will usually have your own Spirit space if you are in the green level.

The cheetah scratched its ear and was about to stay a little bit longer when it heard the bathroom door open, the cheetah frantically got up from its sitting position and turned to run out of the room.

Thankfully, Lu Miyan didn't see it because she was busy picking up the fallen herbs on the floor and returned to her normal routine of cultivating again.

Xu Min examined her and wanted to cuddle her but he knew thay it would be going too far and so he remained still at his spot, Lu Miyan didn't pay him any attention which made Xu Min upset.

Lu Miyan sat down on the bed and grabbed the brush from the table, she was about to brush her hair when she felt that the brush wasn't in her hand anymore, she turned around to be met by Xu Min's impeccably handsome looks.

He was holding the brush, Lu Miyan was going to ask him what he was doing with the brush when he suddenly started brushing her hair like what a husband would do to their wife!

Of course, in instinct, Lu Miyan lifted her arm to get the brush from him but her arm was held down, not roughly though but enough to stop Lu Miyan from getting the brush from him.

Xu Min continued to combed through Lu Miyan's soft black hair, he almost wanted to do it with his own fingers but he realised that Lu Miyan wouldn't appreciate his actions.

"Go cultivate." He gently told her.

Lu Miyan protested. "But--"

"You're in the peak of the brown level." He disrupted her and emcouraged her to continue what she was gonna do.

When Xu Min saw that Lu Miyan relaxed her body a bit, he already knew that she is preparing to cultivate and that made his heart warm because she listened to him.

Although Lu Miyan was still a bit uncomfortable with Xu Min being so close to her and not even having a little bit of distance, she knew that she couldn't win in an argument against him and persuade him to stop doing these.

Lu Miyan shook away the thoughts and the fact that Xu Min was present and focused on culvating, the sly man smirked slightly as if he knew what Lu Miyan was thinking.

He was slowly taming her hair down and also looking at her fresh face, she was a beauty with natural jade-like skin, soft pink lips and a straight nose.

He stared at her lips for a minute before shaking his head and looking away from it, his face was flushed and he berated himself for even looking at her lips.

He promised that he would hold himself back.

He got up and went in the bathroom to take a shower and to calm himself down, he placed his glorious body in the bathtub and it was the scene that could shoot many girls' hearts because he literally looked like someone that descended from heaven with the mist coming from the lukewarm water.

After an uneventful passing of hours, Lu Miyan opened her eyes and was surprised to see that Xu Min was still there, the sunlight hit her eyes and it made her eyes sparkle, Xu Min looked away from her as he felt his face become hot.

Lu Miyan checked herself and noticed that she was in the red level!

She checked the book of Awakening of the Spirit Ring and read that when you step on the first stage of the red level, you would feel a strange sensation coming from your hand and it is because the Spirit Ring is forming.

Lu Miyan tilted her head and looked at her hand to see that it wasn't giving off any sensation at all, she rubbed her hand gently but it didn't work so she brushed it off like maybe it was just late. She put the book down and was about to go in the bathroom when there was a warm sensation on her finger.

She looked down and saw that her Spirit ring has formed and it was coloured blue, not like the weapon spirit ring which is orange, also not like the Beast Spirit ring which is green, the Magic spirit ring is purple.

Lu Miyan grazed her finger unto the Ring spirit and confusedly looked at it, she began to think of all the contents of the books again to find out what type of Spirit Ring she has.

"That's a rare type of the Magic Spirit Ring." A voice rang from behind Lu Miyan and she whipped her head around him.

Lu Miyan was confused. "But, i thought only the white and black magic spirits exist."

Xu Min patted her head, once again, but Lu Miyan didn't seem to even notice. "They wouldn't be aware of it since it's as rare as the white and black magic spirits."

Lu Miyan lifted her head and looked straight at Xu Min's eyes with only a lost look lingering in her eyes, Xu Min was tempted to kiss her from how seducing her.

"How come they knew about the existence of the white and black magic spirits though?" She questioned, her mind still jumbled.

Xu Min chuckled at her adorable face. "Because the one who has the white and black magic spirits, the Demon Lord, showed the world his powers and about the Blue Magic Spirit, the only one who supposedly has it is the wife of the Demon Lord."

"How come i have it?"

"Perhaps you are destined to marry the Demon Lord." He teased her but when he saw the perturbed look on her face, he straightened up and seriously answered, "Or you are the chosen descendant of the legacy of the wife of the Demon Lord."

Lu Miyan massaged her head and memorised all of the information she had received from Xu Min. She thanked him in a quiet voice and went in the bathroom to take a shower to relax her head.
