December, 1925

Credence heard the soft click of a lock once he entered the room. It was decked out with books of romance and adventure and drenched in the yellow light of lamp posts. The brightness streamed through and illuminated every beautiful feature of her and her environment. It was like nothing he had ever seen. Credence was used to the dreary atmosphere of the Second Salem church. But, this was something else, something else entirely. It gripped him and his hammering heart until it stopped completely at her touch.

Genevieve's hand dragged across the width of his back to travel under his arm and over his chest. The sensation of his inexpensive clothes beneath her finger tips sent cold shivers dancing down her sequin, covered spine. She could hardly believe she was doing this, it seemed unreal as his ribcage expanded with nervous, shallow breaths.

The air around him possessed an odd warmth. Making her unable to avoid his eyes and rise her gaze. Their eyes met with a silent lust for reassurance. What they were doing wasn't allowed. It wasn't what they were taught. They were scared. Credence feared Mary Lou would find out about this, about her. Genevieve feared Victor would detect her betrayal, how'd she replaced her trust in him with her trust in Credence.

Genevieve's hands slid up to his jaw, cupping his cheek with a delicate emotion.

"Are you sure?" She asked, looking through her lashes nervously as he contemplated what he wanted. Was his desire for this strong than his fear?....

It was.

Credence placed his hand over her's lightly, taking everything slow as he bent down to press his lips to hers like a child. They didn't know what they were doing but they wanted it.

As tingles of his heat spread against her lips, Genevieve proceeded to open her mouth to suck, kiss and bite at his bottom lip. But only lightly, she didn't want to scare him. She couldn't though, and she knew that once he reluctantly snaked his left arm around her waist (which was so small, so delicate), he was ready.

After a minute or so of exploring and experimentation. Credence and Genevieve created a rhythm that was hard to replicate anywhere else. It was phenomenal and could hardly be comprehended as Genevieve began to stumble back, right until the back of her knees touched the edge of her bed.

Each moment she felt him freeze Genevieve asked for his reassurance, that what they were doing was alright, that he wanted this. And each time, he became more confident, nodding, they agreeing before finally just kissing her and slowly guiding her to the bed.

That night... If Genevieve could pull herself from the slow strokes and pleasurable tension, she would spout her adoration in a venom coated in honey. Her desire was toxic as she reluctantly began to pull at his hair and arch into him. She didn't want to rush him, harm him or make him feel uncomfortable. Genevieve gave him control over her before she could scour his body with a tentative notice. It wouldn't be hard, she loved every inch of him.

Genevieve kissed every corner and crevice of his flesh on this night. She paid attention to each moan and want that slipped from his lips and couldn't get enough as he filled her whole-heatedly.

Never had they both experienced such a thing, yet they couldn't help but worship the feeling they generated between each other.

Maybe Mary Lou was right... Magic was a dangerous thing.

Dawn had moments to arrive as Genevieve and Credence fell back to the distorted bed in exhaustion. Their breaths were loud and danced together before he flickered his eyes to the girl beside him. She was an image of an angel with half closed eyes and that drunken smile curling her lips. Those lips he had played with until red, raw and swollen.

Credence couldn't help but lower himself on the bed and press his ear against her bare breast, right where her heart would be. He could feel the violent thumping against his temple, feel the heat which combined them both only minutes prior. Everything about Genevieve had him intoxicated. (Especially, when she began to rake her nimble fingers through his raven hair).

"Where... Where was, that hiding?" Genevieve chuckled with love filled laughter. But Credence didn't answer, he only turned his head and pressed a light kiss to her collar bone. Genevieve knew what that meant in Credence speak. And she wouldn't translate it for the world. His talkative silence was just for her to know. So as they laid there in silence, they replaced such rushed passion with gentle libido. They wanted to feel each other again but they knew their bodies wouldn't be able to keep up. So they gave in to slumber and allowed dreams of an impossible future to take over.
